There have also been several other maintenance and repair issues that were brought to Home River…read moreGroup's maintenance team and were either not resolved or had to be handled through the builder instead. These included attic access issues, painting issues, hot water heater problems twice, outlet repairs, shower door issues, window seal problems, window replacement, damaged screens that were present when we moved in, and a clogged upstairs water line. Most of these items were reported through the property management maintenance process, but there was little to no follow-through. Instead, many of the problems ultimately had to be pushed to the builder. As the tenant, I should not have to manage unresolved maintenance issues between the property management company, vendors, and the builder. That is exactly what property management is supposed to handle.

This was, without question, the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company…read more I genuinely don't know where to begin. Home Rover Group is extremely unprofessional and shows very little respect or care for their tenants. Communication was a constant struggle--they couldn't compose a properly written sentence in their emails, let alone maintain any tone of professionalism. Response times were slow, and when they did respond, there was a complete lack of empathy or urgency regarding the issues we were facing. While the property itself had a number of maintenance issues (which I understand may not be directly their fault), it quickly became clear that this management team was unprepared, disorganized, and completely lacking in accountability. Any positive reviews--particularly those praising Bridgette Daniel's--seem highly questionable. It wouldn't surprise me if bots were used to inflate their ratings. My experience was so poor, I would avoid renting from any property they manage, even if it was my dream home. I truly don't understand how they retain clients, but I'm sharing this in the hopes that it helps others avoid the frustration we endured. Proceed with caution.

Linda is an awesome realtor and property manager! I WAS renting from her property management for 6…read moreyears. The reason why I continued renting for so long was because the service was consistent!! Every time I needed something fix, I would enter the service in the site and Linda would call me the same day to fix the issue. I never had a situation where she could not fix anything. The rent was affordable and we never had an issue with the rent going sky rocket high. I appreciate Linda's service. As a matter fact, this year the reason why I am no longer renting from Linda is because she helped me buy a house! I didn't think I could afford to buy a house. I am a single mother and it's hard doing it on your own. I told Linda that I was interested in buying a house somewhere and I gave her my requirements and what I can afford one day. Within that same day, Linda contacted the builder and she used her real estate "LINGO" and she was able to get my closing cost WAIVED!!! This honestly was a blessing to me. She saved me $9000 in closing cost. It's feels good to say I am a homeowner now!! Even after I bought my house, she checked in with me to see how I was doing. She is someone who really wants to help people fullfil their dreams. Please contact Linda Wright because she is the W"RIGHT" choice!

At the time we had a lot of personal decisions that we were juggling and even the location of our new home was up in the air. Linda dedicated so much time to showing us homes and all the possibilities in several locations that we were interested in like South Tampa, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, wherever we thought we wanted to look at a house. There was even an entire day that she dedicated to us and we were able to view 12 houses throughout all of the locations I just mentioned. Linda was there and did in-depth research on each home, could answer all of our questions for each individual home, she knew the neighborhoods, school zones, taxes, you name it- Linda had the info. She was absolutely dependable throughout the entire process. She would call and email us back constantly in a timely manner when we had questions. She even made the offer, in between paperwork, inspections and closing process easy and stress-free. My fiance and I highly recommend Linda Wright for all of your home buying needs and inquiries. Thank you Linda! Don't know what we would have done without you!

I signed a lease for a large bedroom female only and after signing everything and getting approved,…read morethey called me to tell me there was only 1 unit left and male so I had to sign a co-Ed form. Upon move in, I got the small unit with a separate bathroom instead of the bigger room with bathroom included that I initially paid and signed a lease for. Their solution? we can't anything about that now. The unit is considered a large but sooo small. The kitchen does not have sufficient cabinets for 2 people and extremely small. The bed is a full with no headboard and you get one small dresser. My room had a funky smell from the carpet and dirty chair that had hair and burnt spots all over it. I vacuumed the carpet with cleaning powder, lit 2 candles, sprayed febreze and Lysol sprays 10 minutes the first week. The shower stall floor was dirty and had some dirty spots and hair on the shower wall. I requested they remove the shower head so I can put a detachable multi-head one on Aug 20. Called back 2 weeks later to follow up and have the dirty chair removed too, nothing. I had to call for the 3rd time on September 15 and finally someone came for the shower head. Dirty stink chair still in living room here I am not happy to be paying $200 more for wayyyy less space and size I'm EVERYTHING, so much that I have to give away a lot or keep stuff in a storage because they cannot fit. Parking is soooo confined and really sucks. I like the size of the bathroom and that it's a stall instead of a tub. I like the little laundry room and valet trash is nice to have. Great that it comes with a Roku TV.

Clouds of marijuana greet you as you navigate from the parking lot into the units, mold present in the apartment (took several attempts to get management to clean).
