The DAY of closing, after everything was signed of course, I come to find out that there was major water damage to the home that was shoddily "repaired" and was NOT on the disclosure! I spent weeks, which turned into months, having to go through the Anderson Group to contact and communicate with the Sellers. No one helped to resolve the situation, let alone provided any sort of help given the circumstance. I was very reasonable as the last thing I wanted to embark on was a lawsuit and I had hoped that all could be resolved peacefully and fairly for all parties. Instead, I was left feeling duped and tossed aside! Definitely not an experience I would wish upon anyone, and 100% not professional. Josh Anderson was "too busy" to be bothered with the gross negligence. Needless to say, I am not impressed nor would I recommend working with this firm after this experience.

A home I have because of them. I was a first time home buyer who didn't know anything about the home buying process. Anyone who has ever bought or sold a home knows how complicated, confusing, and overwhelming it can be, especially when you're doing it by yourself. But Judith and Travis were there every step of the way and always had my back. Buying or selling your home is a huge life decision and it's important to trust you realtor. And these are the most trustworthy real estate agents you will ever meet. And here's why. Travis and Judith constantly go above and beyond. I was in the midst of having knee surgery when looking for my condo. They vetted showings for me, worked around my busy schedule, managed my inspection when I was on crutches, met my contractor for me when I couldn't drive, took measurements on my behalf, and even helped me physically move items the seller had left behind because I couldn't do heavy lifting after surgery. This isn't even a comprehensive list. They never rushed or pushed me beyond my comfort level, they took the time to show me all my options, run comps on the area, and allowed me to make truly informed decisions while giving me excellent advice and guidance. Their only goal was to make sure I found a home I loved and that was clear. And while buying a home while having knee surgery doesn't necessarily seem like a good idea, I needed that timing due to other variables. And the only reason I was able to do both was because of their support.
