I admit I was upset, i didn't mind waiting, but no one said anything to me other than asking if i had an appointment and after i answered yes, i sat for 30 mins without an update. Anyhow, when i did get sat, i got a full set, color powder, the male that works there did my nails (i didn't catch his name), but he finished within 45 minutes. It was fast, but it was good work. He made sure all of the lengths were even, and made sure i liked the shape and color. I would say the pricing here is average to any other nail salon. I paid $43 for my set - i did not need a soak off or anything. ***They do have screens set up to separate customers from employees to reduce spread as much as possible*** Pros: The place is pretty quiet, so pretty relaxing They have drinks: water, coffee, soda, etc. They have WiFi They almost have gift cards! Cons: Wait period w/ no updates Honestly, other than the beginning, i really liked my overall experience, hence why I still gave 4 stars. She had her own set of issues (that left her bloody) but not only did they cute but not shape my nails where they looked concave, but they didn't even cover my entire nail with the polish. The most looked at them the more I couldn't take it and asked if they could adjust it, and they didn't make it any better. I left filing them myself after and without any polish because it just was a terrible paint job. No problem, because I can paint them myself since I typically just love the pedicures because they make my feet soft, but no. My feet are still very rough, which has never happened after a pedicure anywhere ever. For $55 I'm truly disappointed in not only the color and cut itself, but the one thing that's hard to achieve at home wasn't even done well.
