I love the color of the nails. It was my first time doing dip powder, and today marks day 3. I already have 5 nails chipping.... not worth the price if it won't even last a week. Edit- So i went in right after work to get my nails fixed. I was told I'd have to wait because there was 6 people in front of me. When asked how long the wait would be, I was told it'd be an hour or a little longer because no one was available. There were several employees who weren't helping anyone, and according to the person I spoke to, there were 15 employees there. So you mean to tell me that with there being 15 people there and 6 people in front of me, none of the 9 other employees could help fix my nails?! Then I asked what my options were and it was basically come back another day but it has to be before Friday. After telling the lady I couldn't make it before then, she did offer to let me come on Saturday but basically there was nothing she could do to fix their error. It's crazy how they don't care for helping since they've already gotten that sale so they're worried about getting all the other sales instead. read more

I've been coming to Anthony Vince Nail Spa for a while now, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. I always request Jade for my pedicures, and her professionalism is truly unmatched. She is incredibly talented, attentive, and always makes sure every detail is perfect. The entire salon is exceptionally organized, spotless, and so well maintained. I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.
