My realtor, Melissa Wade, recommended I reach out to Diane to see if there was a anything she could do. Unfortunately, she tried to save that deal for me but was unable to. After a few months, at the urging of Melissa, I very hesitantly reached out to try again. Melissa assured me that Diane had a reputation to uphold, would tell me like it is and would not sugarcoat anything. So I tried again. The process was easy, even with my busy schedule as a full time single mom to 4, that also has a full time job, and volunteers in my "spare" time. I was able to complete all documents online and either fax or email them in. I was also given the option to sit down with Diane, either in her Kettering or Springboro office, to go over paperwork to make sure I understood all of it. Both Diane and Amy are kind and available for questions through several options, giving you honest and easy to understand answers. I will recommend them ANY time. Terrible at putting the client 1st or even listening to the client. I would never use these guys again. Horribly unprofessional. Very quick to point their finger at anyone other than themselves.
