I've tried to move past my original experience at FP diamond branch earlier this year but it still bothers me to this day. I was at diamond as soon as they opened and was told the system was down which I understood cause thats out of their control. I told the manager Leslie I would be back in a few days to open my account and she kinda steered me away by saying I could return if I "insist" or check out the other branches instead of coming back even though I told her it was closest to my house. I took the message and went to morris and was helped immediately by Meghan. I had a great experience the second time around and even though it's less convenient, I still shy away from diamond and go to the other branches to handle business. Unfortunately diamond didn't seem as welcoming and that was sad to see as a new member to the credit union.

When your card is locked to block certain transactions full time not when the bank chooses so I…read morewent in circles with my local bank and customer service with these guys, my local bank says my card is locked and that what is reflected on my banking app 1-800 customer service says my card is active And no one can admit to something went wrong on the banks end just a circle jerk of bullshit over the phone. I put another credit card company's check in the envelope that went to my C&T VISA address, but with Nancy's wonderful help, staying on top of the refund situation, I was able to get back on track and have the correct payment go to the correct credit card. I have been a member of this credit union for nearly 50 years and their services have never disappointed me, but this was the first time I really needed help with the refunding of a large amount of money. Canals and Trails Credit Union offers an ATM/Debit card, just about any service any banks nearby provide (well, except conning you out of your own money every chance they get), many different types of accounts to chose from and different programs available to help you be financially responsible. In the entire history of U.S. credit unions, taxpayer funds have NEVER been used to bail out a credit union! According to Bankrate.com, "Credit unions have topped the consumer satisfaction ratings in American Banker's annual survey for 12 years in a row."
