How in the world is that helpful? I am there to literally hand you a scammers head on a platter and they didn't want it!? WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? This lack of care, awareness, and humanity made me so angry I almost called the police to file charges for attempted assault. This branch flat out does not care if you lose all your money. They will push you out the door if they think you are disturbing the customers, even if the damn bank is empty. The owner, gm, and all of the employees need an attitude check before they piss off the wrong person. DO NOT MESS WITH PEOPLE'S MONEY YOU MORONS!

Their customer experience on line, via the call center, or via email is HORRENDOUS. You often have to wait 1-3 hours to ask a simple question. Often the call center disconnects you after you have been on hold for 45 minutes or longer. It's been this way for the last 4-5 years and they have made no improvements. I don't recommend them to anyone who might need to interact with customer service. Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with in that regard.

However, TruMark is a shared bank with the bank that I do have an account with ... So it allows me to go here as well as a couple other financial centers for banking services. So if I was able to get to my bank/ I did not need to make a withdrawal. I would have never came here. (And I really wish I didn't) So I walk in through the secured doors. Feel out the withdrawal slip and get in line. The line is pretty long because I'm guessing maybe because the 1st is New Years and the branch will be closed. Also this bank has a lot of bilingual bank tellers here. Which is a plus, because it seemed like 95 % of the people that came in were Hispanic. But the part is some of the customers only knew Spanish and did not understand when the bank teller said "next"... And the tellers could tell the customer did not understand English. Yet still did not call or signal the customer. They just waited for another customer that was able to speak Spanish told the customer..... So the line is moving slow. So finally I get to the bank teller. She's saying "next" but I can't see her because she'll sitting at the end with her chair low..(ridiculous) When I get down to where she is her and the teller beside her have no customer. So instead of her saying "I said next".. It's like she wanted me to read her brain lmaoo. She puts my acct# in and says "it's not working the acct# number could be wrong or maybe your bank system is down and it won't let me pull it up" ... So being as though this is my first time coming to this branch or even using one of my financial centers shared banks. I go to hand her the card I received when I opened my account with my acct# number on it. So she can double check the numbersAnd she just blurts out without even looking at the card. "I already tried three times it won't let me, you need to call customer service" I'm at lost for words, after waiting in that line.... No type of customer service, just classless. So I step out of line, after picking up my withdrawal slip. I drop my darn phone I'm so annoyed at her unprofessionalism. And I hear her say "if you like you can go in the conference room"... I was a bank teller at Wachovia for almost 4 years. And when I tell you we strived for excellent customer service!! We looked to make the customers transaction was easy as possible. So not only did I have to wait 15 mins on hold with customer service for my bank. Just to find out if the bank teller would have just looked at the card I tried to show her. I could have avoided wasting 20 mins out of my day. Just because she wanted to make it harder for me... So I get back in line and now almost all the teller are out talking behind the counter but yet no one is calling me. Than one young girl does. And she acts like she has a attitude lmaoo. (I truly will never understand people) she puts my money on the counter and not in my hand.... Update ::: I spoke with the branch manager and she was very apologetic about my bad experience that day. And I really respect and appreciate it!! When someone reaches out to you after having a bad experience. It shows that they do in fact value their customers. Which she didn't have to do. Since citizens took over original bank. Since modern time with apps i created profile n have been using mobile app. I notice a transaction of payment went through n confirmed. However funds were never transacted. So in process of running it down i was advised there no safety box on my profile. So ask why i was contact local bank. It's kind of amazing that wasn't there. So local bank advise yes i joint own. Okay then you can update my profile with that information. Oh no, you need come into the bank then i can pull the paper card then update your profile. I advised you know i joint owner n somehow my profile was done completely. So now, come to bank n you can walk over to pull the paper card file. We like our customer to be present before i go pull paper file. Implying lot of work. All this the person has record i am joint owner. It's their procedure not kept up with mobile banking concept or person just didn't wish to be bothered to do it. This is not first situation were banker had leave there desk do something for client n show sign of displeasure in do it. Bottom line, these big brands banks believe they're doing a client a favor n it's not really their job. Typical snow flake banker. My answer Credit Union here i come. That organization respects their customers n no customers means they don't exist. And there two nearby.

But they are not easily accessible as a Mega Banks like Wells Fargo and Bank of America... which we understand this we sign up at credit unions verses banks. However, with knowing that credit unions are limited. And normally they don't have long hours as most banks offer. As a customer I do expect for the ATM Services to be up and running for convenience if one is not able to make it before the credit union closes.. This location is the only one I come to that is close to my area. Although it is still pretty out of my way to get here. It is still the closest one to me. I work in center city, but traffic in center city is beyond crazy so I would not dare try to drive to that one . So after work if I need to make a deposit I head to this one to do so. However, this location ATM is alwaysssss down.. I have called on numerous occasions to report this problem. One rep told me "they were in the process of getting new machines" that was almost three Weeks ago... On so many occasions I have drove all the way here after work to find the ATM either fully down or the Deposit option not available. I mean it's really a joke and so annoying. I go to make a deposit to cover incoming stuff and can not do it. Than I wake up in the morning to overdraft fees for funds not being available.... This credit union just really needs to get it together. It's so stressing to keep coming to your financial institution to utilize services they offer. But they are never working... And I would never again utilize the option of making a cash deposit through another banks ATM for my pffcu acct... I did it almost two months ago with a large amount of money. Money got lost lost between the two banks. It was the worst process ever to get MY Hard Earned Cash back... But the reason for making that deposit for my pffcu acct through another bank. Was because again this pffcu location ATM was down for two days in a row... The finance department got me a really low rate with PFFCU, and this started my relationship with them. Since that car transaction, I have since switched my HELOC to them from Citizens Bank. PFFCU had a much better rate, and they were much easier and faster to deal with than Citizens, where I've been a client for more than 25 years. I will most likely switch my primary mortgage to PFFCU a little later this year too. They are just a joy to deal with.
