Hello all i'm writing this review to save others from going through what I went through at Chase…read moreATM about an hour ago. I went there and withdrew $800 to pay my rent tomorrow. Well a lovely Chase ATM took $800 out of my account made sure they charge me their four dollar fee and then didn't disperse the cash on my receipt. It stated we are unable to give cash right now please call at one 800 number call the one 800 number of course got a run around and couldn't get a rep on the phone. What they did is they deducted the money from my account and didn't give me the cash which is unheard of. I immediately had a nervous breakdown because I had to pay my rent tomorrow not to mention I had just gotten off of work anybody knows a normal ATM does not withdraw funds from your account if they don't give it to you do not trust this bank. I've never had this happen at any bank. I would not recommend this bank or using any of their ATMs if that's how they do business Total disappointment and will never ever in life use them again. I hope this saves another poor young woman or young man from going through what I went through tonight. Be blessed.

A bank representative immediately responded when I walked in. My experience after this was nothing short of incredible. 10 out of 10 customer service! To start with, I had called this bank ahead of time to ask about their notary services for account holders. I have a TD Bank credit card, and this makes me an account holder! Unlike the bank where I keep my checking account, their notary services will sign wills, and their bank employees will act as witnesses. Awesome! Coming in, I didn't have to wait long- a bank representative sat me down and brought me everything I needed. It was the quickest, simplest, most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a bank. Sitting there in awe, I definitely thought - if I ever decide to switch my checking to a different bank, this would be a high contender on customer service alone. Thank you!

I'd like to say this was an isolated incident but it is just another example of how bad the service is. If it weren't for the convenience of mobile banking and other ways to access my account information, I would definitely close my accounts. Thankfully I don't have to deal with them in person very often. I work at a local bank and if we talked to clients or non-clients the way the associates talked to us, I would be unemployed. Once it is fixed, if ever, I will cancel account and never deal with these people again. Avoid at all costs.

The downside of the Jupiter office is they only have an atm no cash on site which would be fine if the atms weren't out of order almost every week. My second issue is my direct deposit. Unfortunately, the deposit slip was completed incorrectly, and only $190 was credited to my account. After discovering the discrepancy, I returned to the branch and met with the branch manager, who reviewed the available camera footage. The video confirmed the interaction but did not capture the teller's cash verification process and as the funds were counted outside of the camera's view(?).. The manager soon after reached out to me advising the overage was recovered and credited to my account. Thank you, to MidFlorida for respecting and responding to customer feedback.
