From start to finish, their team was rude, dismissive, and incredibly difficult to work with. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them, and any questions I asked were met with attitude instead of guidance. Communication was minimal at best, and when they did respond, it was curt and unhelpful. Rather than providing clarity during an already stressful process, they only added to the chaos. Professionalism is the bare minimum I expect in a title company, but somehow even that seemed too much to ask here. If you want a smooth, respectful, and cooperative closing process, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that understand how to treat clients--unfortunately, this is not one of them.
