It is nice when your wife has the debit card and you don't. It is also nice for those times you go to the casino and need that extra protection of having a double super secret account. As far as banking goes it is a bank for the love of pete. You put money in they pay you no interest and get the use of your money. Simple huh? I don't think I've ever seen them smile. One of the girls turned away our car payment in the drive thru because I didn't have the account number handy. I asked if she could just search our name and her response was "idk id have to confirm that with my manager and they aren't here so you'll need to come back". We've had 0 problems with loans or payments and Ken being friendly and easy to work with gives it 3 stars for me. The rest of the staff really lacks any appeal though. We don't use this bank for anything else because of the staff.
