I came to Commerce on the recommendation of my Mom after years of abuse from Bank of America. This was a breath of fresh air. Commerce actually wants to help me! They want to explain things to me! They want to update my account to make it most beneficial! It's amazing. I have moved everything of mine to commerce now including my credit card, savings account, checking account and my safe deposit box. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a banker to help me. The lines at the ATMs actually move and they have not lost any of my deposits yet. (knock on wood). Also, they have not made any fake overdrafts and have treated me with respect when I have questions or need to make a change to my account. It's the way banking should be. The tellers are all nice and friendly and actually know what they are doing, no matter which branch I go to. Also, the bankers know their way around banking regulations, government bonds, trusts and other major investments. This is easily the best banking experience I have ever had. Also, they give you back money at the end of the year for all your ATM charges that aren't with their ATMs and if you consistently put $50 a month in your savings for 11 months, they will match your amount at the end of the year! SCORE! That's a good reason to save. I will always take free money. Get your money of Bank of America and go to the local chain that actually knows what they're doing and who have not been investigated recently for their bad practices. Commerce is where to go.
