I brought 2 witnesses with me who are in their mid 80's. Upon entering the main lobby area, an aggressive customer informed me that he was in front of me. I mentioned to him that I had an appointment - he became very aggressive with me. As soon as Desiree's door opened (she was with another client), this aggressive man ran into here office and slammed the door closed. Upon seeing this, a branch employee notified the manager who came over promptly to settle this man down. This obnoxious man continues to try to get in my face and the manager professionally told him that if he didn't leave, she would have to call the police. The staff was so NICE and kept apologizing for this horrible man's behavior.
