Had two bad experiences with this branch. Called first to make an appointment. Told us you don't need appointment, just walk in. Go to bank and receptionist first question..."do you have appointment?" Needed to come back and sign paperwork, once again, tell us you don't need appointment just to sign paperwork. We get there and have to wait nearly an hour while manager waits on customers who had an appointment. We just needed to show ID and sign documents. Yet, PNC kept us waiting for no reason. Boring, yes. Add incompetent as well. Plus, manager then comes out to tell me he has to check first to see if the documents are ready. Need I say more? read more

This has by far been the worst banking experience of my life. I have been with this bank for 7 years and from the very beginning the service has Ben terrible. I finally had enough and went into the bank on a Friday to close out all of my accounts including my business account. They assured me that all accounts was closed. I also informed all of my bill collectors of my new account information. Lo and behold my insurance company tried to draft out of the old account and it wasn't closed so I was overdrawn. I called and the bank said I had to come in. I drove over furious. When I got there they charged me another $10 for an advancement of funds even though it was their fault for not closing the account. Then they refused to drop the charge. This particular branch never has enough staff and it's always terrible. read more

One extra star only due to Simon, whose impeccable service should have him working with higher level accounts. I've had multiple issues with one employee here, who has NO BUSINESS working with the general public. If they got rid of her - she gave me a hassle each time I dealt with her - they might be in good shape. Their relationship bankers will always call you when a large deposit is made. This last deposit, Maria called - she's very sweet - and I hated to blindside her with the fact I actually intend to close my account due to the snooty, absurd behavior of one particular banker. She took notes and said she would forward to her GM. It gave me great pleasure today to make a red flag withdrawal today, with the bad employee, Saydee, handling the transaction. When the withdrawal was made she made a joke - must be a present to myself. I said no, I'm not leaving this amount on deposit with you. She was stunned and asked did I have a problem there. Yep, multiple. She said she had to get her manager to authorize. He comes over and asks "did we upset you?" Oh, you betcha! Saydee asked if I intended to close the account. Eventually, absolutely. That was the extent of the conversation. Try hiring employees who do not treat customers by appearance. I'm often exhausted when I come in - on my days off. This employee has treated me like garbage - until today. Mr. Ruiz, I think you need better staff. read more

In and out type of deal. I do have to give the heads up. It is one tiny pnc bank! Im used to the ones by my hpuse being big! Huge counters etc. this bank is playing a game though. Tiny little islands no cover. They had the huge safe just wide open. Im pretty sure nobody is gonna play the stupid game for them stupid prizes. I say that cuz the cross here is literally next to i4 n it is never clear! U wouldn't make it to the road. Lol other than that, my experience today was hassle free and easy. Very friendly helpful attentive staff. Just at the corner of Publix shopping center. Establishment is very nice easy to access.

How do you have 1 person working teller at 4:30 on a Friday after noon????? This is just stupid. Sitting here waiting in this dumb line for no reason. And i look and people just sitting at there desk clicking their pens not willing to help..... i hate this place read more

This banks is awful. There outside atm is ALWAYS broken. Every time I go it's always down. Then one time my husband went to the bank and it was 9:02 and the doors we're still was closed so he asked the employee what time they open and she said 9am and she slammed the door in his face before he can respond to tell her it was 9:02. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't put zero stars. read more

Wow... what a horribly organized branch office. No drive thru... the actual banking area is trying to be some kind of coffee house. Was there to actually make a deposit.. Took 10 minutes for anybody to even recognize or make eye contact with me. Absolutely no signage whatsoever and the tellers seem to be busy doing their own thing rather than wait on customers. This Branch needs to close or Under New Management. As a Pittsburgher with multiple PNC business accounts I expect much better banking. read more

My buyer is using RBC for a mortgage as well as opening up a checking account at the "Champions Gate" branch. My buyer put a large amount of money into the checking account, so the account was placed on hold for the funds to clear. My buyer's good faith deposit of $1,000 was delivered to the Title company but unfortunately the check was drawn just a day, or so prior to the funds clearing. ANY customer service department at ANY other bank would have seen that this was an innocent error, the funds are in but just on hold and would have allowed the check to be resubmitted and the fine withdrawn, but not this branch! This branch and it's management saw fit to fine my buyer a hefty fee, inspite of opening a new account and getting a mortgage and would not budge even after pleas from me, my buyer and even their own mortgage broker! You tell me, what has the bank stand to gain except some money and this bad review? I recommend staying clear of this branch of RBC, due to their ridiculous money grubbing and total disregard for decent customer service!!! read more
