The scammer did it in such a way that he made it seem as though I personally filed my own return, wrote $55k off for a truck I never owned, for a business I never operated. I came to Mash accounting again because of the great job Ando did on my 2014 return. Ando was able to go through the old filings and noticed some discrepancies that the average person would not have noticed, if they weren't patient or cared about their client. I call him for an update and he was thinking he needed to file my 2024 tax return which wasn't what I asked for. He chooses to not take my 2nd call and emails me that he could longer work on my return because it's too complicated...and he tells me this 2 days before tax deadline, the 13th. He probably would not have emailed me if didn't reach out to him. The more I think about it, the more I realize he was just googling how to file an ITIN. Lack of communication, unreliable, still needs more experience.
