I went back to have this fixed, only to be yelled at and told that it was impossible to get my wheel straight because my lower ball-joints were loose (upper ball joints and tie rod ends were brand new 2 days before, and the lowers were a year old) . I Was belittled and told I didn't know what I was talking about, and told that I would have-to get my ball-joints changed then pay them again to straighten it. I was then told that he could never get it straight because my rear tires were worn out as well... After arguing with him for about 20 minutes, I decided to leave and go home. Upon arriving home, I climbed under the truck and did exactly what I told him they needed to do as I had paid for an alignment. I fixed it myself in 20 minutes by shifting the tie rod end adjustment from one side to another. Don't go to this shop, these guys are incompetent, rude, and a disgrace to customer service. This is the first time I've brought my car to a mechanic not under my supervision in 13 years of owning vehicles, and likely the last.

The service is impeccable…read more They polish the beads of alloy wheels (used wheels), apply sealant, measure the tire wear on each tire and adjust the tire pressure to 2 psi above the manufacturer's recommendation to compensate for the warm tires when coming in. They even recommend to re-measure the tire pressure the next morning to be sure it is at the right pressure. This is place is known for installing expensive wheels because they do it well and do it right. And they all let you watch if you want to. So even though the car I've brought in was old including the wheels for installation, they did a good job nonetheless.

Then they said it was only tires in their system, and no rims in their 'records', so I'm out a pair of rims. Reminded me that when I changed to winter with them, they pushed hard for me to pay in cash, and didn't want to give me a receipt. I had to insist, and good thing I did. I strongly recommend you don't go to this place, or if you do, take pictures of your tires, get receipts, and watch out!

Walked in on my day off with a car that had been making a loud noise for over a week. Did not…read morerealize this was a body shop and not a general mechanic garage. I was about to walk away when the owner, Francis, took one of his guys off a job to get into my car and drive around the block with me to listen to what might be the cause. I had told Francis the noise was so loud that my daughter was embarrassed to drive in our car. When he heard I had a child he didn't feel good sending me away in the event it was a question of safety. We returned and his employee proceeded (with a great attitude) to remove a tire to check what he thought might be the issue. When all was done I was very appreciative and wanted to of course pay for the time. Francis told me it was on him and was happy to help. What? Who does that? I left, still a little surprised but definitely pleased with the way I was treated. And I wasn't even a paying customer! I certainly hope that I will not need the services of a body shop in the future but if ever the occasion arises I will definitely visit Francis and his team. Thank you!

I booked an appointment online Friday evening for Saturday monring, they looked at car right on time. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The mechanic looked at my hybride and he said my brakes were fine, actually there was 80% pad life still remaining. He said the drums had a bit of light corresion but not to be concerned, as this is normal for hybrides and EV, because the electric braking system is slowing the car down, not the brakes as much. I didn't know this, so this information gave me peace of mind. They only charged for the inspection which was under $50, and there was no up selling. I found out if I needed brake pads or other parts, they are available on weekends, which is good to know for anyone needing brake work. Excellent shop, I'll definately be going back in the future
