I will say I probably could have gotten my car for a bit cheaper elsewhere as my family recently purchased the same vehicle in better condition for cheaper at another dealership. I don't know if it just depends on the location as well, but I know where they reside in WA cost of living is more expensive than Olympia so I was bummed finding out that I paid a bit more. Once again, I'm no car deal so there may be things I just don't know! I will say it was my first time having to purchase a car so there are things on my end I should have done to have a better outcome with my used car in the future. While my car had no big problems when first purchased, a PPI would have likely shown me that my fuel pump assembly would end up needing to be replaced soon. That was almost $2000 to replace which is hard when you're still paying off your almost $10,000 loan. Once again, this is my fault as a consumer as I should have gotten a PPI prior to purchasing and you ALWAYS should when purchasing a used vehicle (it could save you thousands of dollars in repairs). Otherwise they have been great to contact whenever I had questions or concerns with the vehicle and always willing to help me. I'm pretty sure they said they are a family owned business and the father and two sons work there. They are SO sweet. I have nothing but kind things to say about this business and the fact that they explained every process and were patient with my millions of questions just proves to me they are good people. They truly are good guys!!

If there was a negative star that's what I would have chosen on this rating. My veteran friend whom…read moreI've known for years visited this dealership last week in need of a reliable car, after he was fortunate and lucky enough to win 5k at the casino the day before, he drove directly to "The Good Guys" to help him out. They completely took advantage of a handicap veteran who is an amputee. The very next day I went for a drive with him and no sooner did we get a mile down the road that I knew the brakes were metal on metal and then we got on the freeway I knew how serious of suspension issues there were Him being hard of hearing could not hear the brakes, and honestly had an anxiety attack while driving and had to pull over it allow me to drive home I was so furious that they would sell a car in this kind of condition that I had him go to a reputable business and get a complete inspection. He walked out an hour later with a 4,500 estimate on repairs which did not surprise me and we are going to pursue whatever we need to do to get this issue resolved or I will personally make sure I make a blog to my YOU TUBE CHANNEL with how sleezy used car salesman can stoop to and literally send someone out on the road with a clear safety and driveability issues. And while reading what EDDIE the owner swears are hidden reviews and are 4.5 stars or above, and states that there has only been 1 lone bad reviews is completely false. I read atleast 10 reviews stating the same, that they had driven away in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and a complete mess. There was one that was a single mother with a small child he had no problem selling an unsafe car to that broke down just less than a month after buying it. I will be meeting the owner today and will be updating the public on how these " Good Guys respond to proof they will be shown .

The vehicle that we initially wanted to buy did not suit our needs. They were very understanding of that and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We got an amazing deal and walked away extremely happy. In the past, I've made vehicle purchases and left the lot with buyer's remorse. Yesterday, we left the dealership knowing that we had gotten a great deal. The entire staff was very courteous and professional. I would personally like the manager, John, my salesperson, Jeff, Tom, and Adrian from the service department. When it comes time to buy a new vehicle, Olympia Nissan will be my first and only choice. The waiting room is comfortable and even the customers were friendly to each other. This place is better than a Starbucks for meeting people. I bought their seven oil change package which was a steal and Jessica let me know I can use it at any Nissan dealer, so that's huge since I've needed oil changes out of town a few times. I always get great service here. Thanks Jessica!

Not only was he very patient and helpful and helped me find what I needed to accommodate me and my kids.. he remembered my name after briefly going in there to look at cars the first time. We bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata before the holidays for our son. We had them replace a cracked…read morewindshield and wanted an oil change also. The oil wasn't changed and we drove the car for a time brfore changing it. Immediately after changing, the car started using oil - adding 1 or 2 quarts a week. Our mechanic checked it and said he has seen this on many Kia and Hyundai cars. Over time, Robert said he has replaced 30-40 Kia and Hyundai engines. While looking at the car which we should've had him do, he found the front tires worn off in the insides and upon mesuring brake pads the fronts were gone and less than 2 percent left on the back pads. The upshot of all this is new brakes and tires for $1,700 and a replacement used engine for $8,750 - way more than we paid Platinum Auto. A word of warning: The Platinum lot looks nice with a lot of clean looking cars but they obviously don't do safety checks (cracked winshield, brakes, etc.). They didn't have service histories on this car and others we looked at. A real crap shoot if you shop with company!!! Go to a dealer that offers 90-day used car warranties with some decent mileage amount for your protection.
