We took our daughter In-Laws 2012 Hyundai Sonata in because it was in Limp mode. It had done it previously 2 weeks before. After an Oil change by our local mechanic the code cleared and we that it was done. Not to long after it did it again while she was trying to get our Special Needs Grandchild to Marybridge Childrens clinic in Tacoma for an outpatient procedure. She limped it back to town. We gave her our Subaru to use. Mechanic cleared the code so we could hopefully get it to the dealer. Once we got there; we were told by a Service Writer that with code cleared they can't do anything and is charging a $150.00 to drive it around until the code popped back in. They can use the DTC to find codes that have been cleared. We told them the code P1326 was found and wrote it down for them. We are contacting the BBB and writing to Corporate. The exact thing happened with code P1326 with our daughters car a year ago. They fixed the issue...but it came back, so a new engine put in. Not saying the Sonata needs a new engine ; but there is a massive recall for this specific problem. There is no reason to drive the car, waste the gas when they can find the info with that DTC scan. We also noticed after the code was pulled the total miles on the car jumped by 5,000 miles. We know because of a recent oil change. Next one was due at 171,000 miles. Car is still at the dealer. We refused to try and drive it back 30 miles where it would just sit; it can't be trusted. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took me over 4 hours at the dealership to buy a 2025 Ioniq 5, and after arriving home I noticed swirl marks all over the car. The detailing which happened as part of PDI managed to put swirls (fine lines) throughout the clear coat on a brand new vehicle, and either didn't notice, or didn't care. I texted a photo to the salesman, West, and got 0 response. After a day or two the car started making a piercing alarm noise shortly after being started, which at first I thought was coming from the vehicle itself. It turns out that Titus-Will installed some vehicle tracking device on my car, and it was the source of the blaring siren. West had no explanation for whether customers were just expected to live with this or whether every single customer must make a return trip to the dealership to get it removed. Hyundai does not own and is not financing this vehicle, so they installed a tracking device with remote disabling capability, and never disclosed it. The tracking device was added to a wiring harness in the fuse box, and installed with vampire taps, permanently damaging two wires on a brand new vehicle. The vehicle also seems to have a shimmy/wobble at highway speeds, so it will need to be taken in for an alignment and/or wheel balance. Just fabulous. Now I'm driving a hybrid like an adult lady would. I went to Kia down the street almost hit the power play button. But they were the most slimy snakes living in a slimy pond I have ever seen. Scheduled recall work to be completed. First appointment staff called at the end of the day to let us know they lost the paperwork, that they printed, so the recall work was not done. Had to reschedule for the following week. The second visit included some basic routine work. Picked up the vehicle and on the sheet no mention of the recall work. We asked and was told that work had been the prior week.. B.S. after a month went by and I checked the recall web page at Hyundai Corp site and the recall was still showing as not completed. I called Hyundai Corp and they investigated. Hyundai Corp said this dealership has been trying to call us to schedule the work but we had not picked up the call... B.S. The dealership knows we were there twice before and the recall was not performed. I have never been lied to like this... that I am aware of, by this dealership... read more

Took my new to me 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 in for its first maintenance (30k). I was told they would rotate the tires and check the cabin filters to see if they needed replacing. When I got my car back, they said I didn't need new filters and they had rotated the tires. I paid and left. As soon as I hit 60 mph on the freeway, the steering wheel was shaking so bad, it scared me. I immediately left the freeway and called them on my way back. I kept it under 50 mph going back. When I got there, my tech was unavailable, but another guy said the tires probably needed balancing, but that isn't included in a rotation. WHAT? You send a car out on the road that needs work and don't mention it to the owner until after they come back? My tech showed up and took it for a test drive. Came back and said they would need to keep overnight as the tires needed balancing and they guys that operate the lift had already gone home. Gave me a loaner car. I asked if they could charge overnight so I would be able to get home in the morning. He told me sure. The next day when I picked up my car the tires were balanced, but they had not charged my car at all. I had 25 miles left on my charge and had to drive 30 miles. I asked him why he hadn't charge it and was told that he wasn't allowed to use their charger for that. If he had called I would have asked that he just use the Level 1 charger in the back overnight. That would have given me plenty to get home. As it was, I now had to go find a Level 3 charger, sign up for that and wait to charge it up. I wasn't not happy with their lack of communication and lack of service. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Longview from now on. read more

They charge ab obscene amount of money to look at your vehicle and it's not like it goes to the repairs. And, when I got to the finance guy, they added on extra charges and increased the interest rate I was quoted. It was good until it was not. I was promised a vehicle that was identical to one I was about to purchase because it had just been sold, only difference was a different color. The one I was going to purchase came with floor mats, the one I ended up with did not have them, however I assumed they would be in the trunk just like the other ones were so I did not notice until the next morning. Secondly a scratch on the vehicle was not disclosed until after the signing of paperwork. Third when I noticed and showed the unraveled stitching on the steering column Mr. Washington the salesman laughed,played it off and told me just to cut it. These were all very unfortunate and unfavorable experiences I had with this dealership and the salesman. Again this is late afternoon we did not get to even look at the car we were getting because they had to transport it in from a different dealership and so by the time it got there we were beginning to sign paperwork. Shame on me for assuming a brand new vehicle would be flawless. My final complaint is the response by Mr Washington (salesman) after voices my displeasure over what was missing , what was wrong with the car, and the delay of trying to even set up an appointment to take car of the scratch. He tried to make me feel guilty by saying he would have to pay for the floor mats and even tried to get me to pay half the cost or to just order them from weather tech because they would be cheaper, he also mentioned the holiday and said to get back with him next week after he gets back from holiday , which is still 3 days from now and he wanted an appointment set up for 3 days after. I bought a 2023 Chevy Traverse from them on 9/12/2025. I worked with Tyler, who was awesome finding the car I wanted. The problem occurred after I purchased my car. There were several dings/scratches that were supposed to be repaired, as part of the contract. They took it to their shop, had it for 2 days and made a poor attempt to fix them. My car is a pearlized white and it looks like someone used liquid paper to cover the scratches. Several times they've said someone would contact me to take it up to another repair shop, but nothing. I feel like once they take your money, you don't matter anymore. I am very frustrated after spending that much money on a car, you would think they would take better care of you. We bought a new Santa Cruz at this dealership a couple of weeks ago. It has significant leather defects noted on the "We Owe". I assumed this would be fixed but Hyundai is refusing to address it. This possibility was not mentioned when we purchased it or we would not have purchased the car. I regret this purchase and will not return to this dealership or buy another Hyundai. I want to start off by saying that I purchased my brand new car here in August 2022 and had a great experience. I purchased a service package and extended warranty. Today was the second time that I brought my vehicle for maintenance service since the vehicle purchase. I showed up to my appointment a few minutes early (after leaving work an hour before the appointment and picking up my 8 and 5 year old from their daycare). I tried to check in and was told to wait for another representative. A few people arrived after me... once the "other representative" was available, I started to walk up to her (I later found out her name was Chrissy) and she decided to take someone who had obviously arrived after me. When I said that it was my turn, she ignored me and the other customer was the one who apologized. I asked to speak to the manager (apparently his name is Terry) and he apologized but I am more so frustrated at the lack of respect Chrissy had for my time and lack of acknowledgement. She had been on the phone for approximately 6 minutes since I arrived and as an employee in customer service, I would think she is aware of her surroundings and knew I arrived before everyone else in line that were clearly behind me. I am a single mother and having to request time to even bring my car here for service is not an easy task that I take lightly. I have to 1) take time off and 2) make sure that I can pick up my children from their after-school program. The last time I brought my car here, I was told that it would take 1 hour and it took 2.5 hours. I have clearly been treated like a second class citizen here and the treatment I received today is unacceptable. I want the general manager to reach out to me in order to explain why I was treated this way and provide a plan of action. Chrissy was simply acting unbothered while I spoke to Terry. read more

I scheduled an appointment a month before my appointment date. I arrived at the appointment and my car was taken for repair of a WIPER ARM. Not rocket science. I sat there for TWO HOURS waiting on my car. In the meantime, they tried to upsell me services that I didn't ask for. Finally, I asked about my car only to find out THEY DIDNT HAVE THE WIPER ARM IN STOCK. So I wasted two hours of my time. At that appointment I also learned my lifetime oil changes are void if you change your oil at another location. Well, since we live an hour away it doesn't make sense to travel an hour for an oil change. So, the lifetime oil change benefit is a total scam. I got my car back and the filter had been removed AND my battery cover was removed and not replaced. Finally, I wasted my time sending customer service an email allowing them an opportunity to respond to their horrible customer service and didn't even get a response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have an old Prius and the Toyota dealership always is friendly and has plenty of workers. This dealership is terrible. Only part that went well was my salesperson. Michael Ellis you are amazing. I left him thinking I had the best warranty in the land and then it all fell apart. The financial guy started trying to sell me all these extras making me feel like the standard warranty was worthless. Shortly after the sale the manager sends me an email acknowledging "parts were rough for me" but asks me to fill out a survey anyway. He says "just so you know, anything less than a 10 is considered a fail." This guy witnessed me almost in tears that day and asks me to give them perfect scores? Who does that? A month later I only received one license plate. I called 4 times over a 6 week period and not one manager could be bothered to return my call. I paid for two, they know they owe me one and have no intention of making this right. They have my money and that's all that matters to them. read more

Will not go back for service. Made an appointment to repair my AC. Worked with Service advisor Terry Matchett, he advised that the AC system was infact under warranty but that the first thing they had to do was charge the system before they could troubleshoot (he didn't know it was low but it didn't matter). He said the refrigerant was not under warranty and it would cost $275.00 to make sure it was good before they could do any warranty work. I declined. Talked with a different dealership service department and got a totally different response. They said they would diagnose the system first and if it needed recharge, the cost would be under warranty. Please don't take these guys word for it. Shop around and get a second opinion. It's guys like this that give repair shops a bad name. read more

Don't buy a car here. If you do and it is a lemon and you have to constantly Drive 60 miles round trip to get things fixed, you can count on their staff being extremely rude to you. Buy any car but Hyundai, buy anywhere else but here. My car almost blew up on me because of a known engine problem. I had to pay $6,500 to get a different engine. When it came out that this was a recall and I requested a refund for the amount I paid, they gave me the run-around. I took my car up for another recall issue and ask them to check my engine to make sure nothing else was wrong as I had had it installed from a third-party. They must not have listened because now Hyundai is saying that I need to drive it up a second time and have it inspected before they will consider refunding me. I was literally just there! I literally just ask for that very specific thing! It's like they think people are made of money in time to run up to Olympia to fix Titus Will's mistakes. I will likely have to turn to litigation to resolve this issue. I went two months without a car waiting for my shop to be able to find a replacement because so many of these cars are lemons and had blown up. When it blew up I was 30 miles from home and had to get towed. I broke down in tears on the side of the road. It was extremely hot and I stopped there for over an hour waiting for a ride in the heat. When I brought my car up the second for the inspection it sat there for 20 minutes and they didn't even look at it. When I mentioned a courtesy car, the guy at the counter laughed at me. It was 40 degrees and raining and I had my dog and they wanted me to sit outside while they sat on their butts for an hour and a half not doing my car. I drove off. My car is still not fixed. I'm calling Hyundai's corporate. Maybe I can save you the hassle. Again, purchase any car other than Hyundai and purchase it anywhere else but this nasty place. I had a two and a half year old Hyundai Tuscan that the engine seized up. I tried getting help from the service Dept and I was told we had to bring it in. Remind you at this point it was obvious that we wouldn't make it. I had about a 35 minute drive. It was still under warranty so figured they would just take care of the whole car and getting it there. We made it about 1 and half miles from dealership and was told we would have to call a flat bed to bring it in since they were closing. $164.00 for that short distance. The service Dept said they would take care of the bill and I gave them a copy. After a month a 8 calls later still getting the run around. Thank god we didn't have it towed from out home there that would have been at least $1,000. Before this the same vehicle catalytic converter crumbled inside. So the moral to this story. Stay away from Hyundai and there cheap cars and cheap help. read more

My mom purchased a vehicle from Titus will, this is her 4th vehicle from this location. She received a recall notice in regards to electrical issues with the lights. They suddenly stopped working and she is unable to drive her vehicle in the morning because the lights are not bright enough to see the road. Titus will gave us an appointment in late October and when we asked to possibly move the appointment up or get a loaner car, we were told, "everyone has problems," and that all of their rentals were broken. In early January I went to Titus-Will Hyundai to test drive a 2022 Kona. I really loved the car but I didn't end up making a purchase that day. While at Titus-Will I was talking with Vince Falda. I really enjoyed my interactions with Vince and the dealership. Vince was extremely transparent about the dealer's rates and all the financial charges involved with buying a car from them. More than anything I didn't feel like there was any dishonesty, in fact quite the opposite. I'd been dealing with other dealers as well and almost all of them had some sort of deceptive "here is one price" and then "bam, there is another higher price" once I was sitting in front of them. With Vince that was categorically not the case. While I didn't end up buying a Hyundai this time, if I do decide to get one in the future I would return to Vince in a heartbeat. read more

It's a tough time to be buying a car, and my plans were thwarted when the Hyundai I was expecting to take home was put on a factory recall the DAY I was going to buy it. I'd been working on getting that car for more than 3 weeks... Even so, I want to leave a STRONG POSITIVE review of DREW, the sales guy I've been working with. He knows his merchandise, he knows cars, he's very very effective at pulling together the info you need. My circumstances are complicated as I'm trying to buy out of state for someone in state, and Drew has been great at sorting out all those little details and giving me tips on what's needed in a place with winter weather. He's smart, effective, and persistent, but not pushy. He's solutions-oriented: when I had to accept that there was nothing at his dealership I could buy, he suggested I look at other brands owned by the same dealership owner. I think they cover 7-8 brands all together. So now he's working on getting me a different brand, and I don't have to start over and build a relationship with someone else. Bought my first new car here on 8/12/2022 the salesman Tyler was great! Unfortunately due to a clerical error with my loan the finance person Sean states they have no idea how it happened or who is at fault. My return business is worth 814.38 exactly. If I did go back for another car which I will not. I would not be able to trust the paperwork was done correctly. Mistakes happen and I have no problem with that. I also have no problem paying my debts. My issue is when you are told everything is taken care of and then 2 weeks later you are told someone did not do their job and you need to make it right. I did everything I was asked of and after I left several hours later I was asked for pay stubs. Now I'm being told I owe money right away. I wonder if I will get a call next week. read more
