I will say I probably could have gotten my car for a bit cheaper elsewhere as my family recently purchased the same vehicle in better condition for cheaper at another dealership. I don't know if it just depends on the location as well, but I know where they reside in WA cost of living is more expensive than Olympia so I was bummed finding out that I paid a bit more. Once again, I'm no car deal so there may be things I just don't know! I will say it was my first time having to purchase a car so there are things on my end I should have done to have a better outcome with my used car in the future. While my car had no big problems when first purchased, a PPI would have likely shown me that my fuel pump assembly would end up needing to be replaced soon. That was almost $2000 to replace which is hard when you're still paying off your almost $10,000 loan. Once again, this is my fault as a consumer as I should have gotten a PPI prior to purchasing and you ALWAYS should when purchasing a used vehicle (it could save you thousands of dollars in repairs). Otherwise they have been great to contact whenever I had questions or concerns with the vehicle and always willing to help me. I'm pretty sure they said they are a family owned business and the father and two sons work there. They are SO sweet. I have nothing but kind things to say about this business and the fact that they explained every process and were patient with my millions of questions just proves to me they are good people. They completely took advantage of a handicap veteran who is an amputee. The very next day I went for a drive with him and no sooner did we get a mile down the road that I knew the brakes were metal on metal and then we got on the freeway I knew how serious of suspension issues there were Him being hard of hearing could not hear the brakes, and honestly had an anxiety attack while driving and had to pull over it allow me to drive home I was so furious that they would sell a car in this kind of condition that I had him go to a reputable business and get a complete inspection. He walked out an hour later with a 4,500 estimate on repairs which did not surprise me and we are going to pursue whatever we need to do to get this issue resolved or I will personally make sure I make a blog to my YOU TUBE CHANNEL with how sleezy used car salesman can stoop to and literally send someone out on the road with a clear safety and driveability issues. And while reading what EDDIE the owner swears are hidden reviews and are 4.5 stars or above, and states that there has only been 1 lone bad reviews is completely false. I read atleast 10 reviews stating the same, that they had driven away in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and a complete mess. There was one that was a single mother with a small child he had no problem selling an unsafe car to that broke down just less than a month after buying it. This was the absolute worst car purchase I have ever had. We found a truck online drove to the…read morePuyallup location to be told that this was being serviced at the Lakewood location. We drove over there to inspect and inquire about the truck, since the salesman at the Puyallup location was not helpful and just said if we wanted anything to go over there. The salesman at the Lakewood location was a young kid I think his name was Mehmet or Moe, sweet kid and helpful. My problem with this place is the truck we were interested in had a sensor issue and they were working to fix it. Totally understandable and we were appreciative of them disclosing this. The truck was a good deal so we proceeded to put a down payment down as they said the car should be fixed in the next few days. Unforeseen circumstances occurred as the new sensor was not calibrating and they could not get the ABS sensor to reset, and needed to get a new one. This process started on 5/19/26 we soon ran into Memorial Day wknd, and basically had little to no communication or updates on the status of the repairs. Keep in mind my bank had issued a check to the company to purchase the truck based on the "few days to fix". We also still have not even test drove the vehicle and decided to proceed with purchasing the vehicle. I know this is already a long story but we finally get the truck. Getting the license plates and registration another long drawn out lie and process. I have purchased several vehicles and it has never taken longer than 20 days to get my plates and registration. With Memorial Day that following wk we picked up the truck. It is mid July and after calling both dealerships, going in person to the dealership I was told it can take up to 30-45 days to get and they will call when they come in. This was just more drag by these people, I go in today to get the plates because the temp tags expired on the 7/12. They literally don't know anything about it I'm waiting for 10min and one the sales guys is like "oh the DOL is just waiting for one piece of paper can you wait and I'll run down there real quick." At this point t I'm beyond livid...I did finally get the tabs and I had to ask about my overpayment for the tabs..which they wrote a check out on the spot and gave...but this entire sales process was the worse! Buying a car is a big deal as it is a big purchase these people made me feel like I was wasting their time and they just wanted my money without even providing decent communication and expectations.

Instead, over a week after bringing in the car, they completed the work without telling what work would be done, without notifying me how much anything would cost, and it cost hundreds of dollars. No notice or breakdown of parts and labor as promised. The techs end their shifts around 3 and the person who answered the phones and called to let me know the car was ready could not tell me what work was done, why it was done, nothing. If you opt to work with this garage, get everything in writing up front and in person and do not leave your car with them if you can help it.
