We've purchased two wonderful vehicles from Paul.l and recommended him to friends. A more honest and fair dealer you won't find.

We had a tow package installed on our new Honda Pilot that we purchased from them just a few days earlier, and Troy made the whole process incredibly easy. Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze. Troy was friendly, organized, and made sure everything was clearly set up for the install. When we came back to pick it up, he took the time to walk us through the work that was done and showed us exactly where they secured the accessories and optional wiring harness. I really appreciated him taking those extra couple minutes so we knew exactly what we were looking at. The install itself looks perfect, just like it came straight from the factory. No shortcuts, clean work, and everything tucked away exactly how it should be. We're honestly so elated with this vehicle, and every interaction we've had with Capitol City Honda, from the purchase to the service department, has been great. The whole team makes you feel welcomed every time you walk in, which isn't something you find everywhere. Huge thanks to Troy and the service team. If you're buying or servicing a vehicle, I highly recommend Capitol City Honda. Great people, great service, and they clearly take pride in their work.

We bought a 25 Pilot and a 26 CRV from them over the past 8 months and we are very happy with both vehicles so far. Greg was our salesperson and he was great. No nonsense, fair, friendly, and informative. The process both times was straight forward and as quick as can be. I appreciated the low interest rates and financing through Honda instead of my loan having to go through an unknown credit union or bank somewhere. What I really appreciate is that the finance person didn't use high pressure tactics to sell us extended warranties and was still kind after we said no. They also took care of transferring personalized plates to my new vehicle which I appreciated. The price to get vehicles fixed here are reallllly high, which seems to the be the case at any dealership but overall, I really like Honda and trust them to take care of me and my vehicles. They have great customer service and that is why I keep coming back.

He took the time to rework estimates, negotiate costs, provide all the information I needed and make every accommodation possible. He sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in, responded to my messages even on his days off, was willing to arrange transport from over 30 miles away, and stayed multiple hours past closing. Brandon didn't just stay late to complete the sale, but made sure I had everything I needed at every step and even helped set up my phone after locking up and made sure I drove away happy and safe. He showed a genuine interest and care for my needs; I truly felt like more than just another sale, which was beyond pleasant. I had been without a car since November and actively in the market since January with many unfavorable experiences with various dealerships, which was surprising since I was only looking at Subaru. Brandon is the epitome of what I expect from Subaru and truly represents the company's values of being client-centered, showing love and respect to all, and providing enjoyment and peace of mind. I live my life in a way that is deeply rooted in my values and ethics, which is why I have been so passionate about- and loyal to- Subaru for many years now; it's definitely a company I can stand with. Thanks to Brandon, the choice on which Subaru dealership to take my business to was made easy, even before meeting in-person. He is the reason I went to a dealership 36 miles away, rather than the one I have just 6 miles away from home. I truly cannot recommend Brandon enough! I'd also like to note that overall, Olympia Subaru is by far the best Subaru dealership I've had the pleasure of working with, and I've been to quite a few between CA, OR and WA. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with all the good vibes! I got such a kick out of Jesse in finance, such a great sense of humor and actually made the paperwork portion quite fun and as stress-free as humanly possible! If I am ever in the market for another car, I will definitely be returning to Olympia Subaru again-and-again!

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing serious mechanical problems. In fact, the check engine light came on during my drive home from the dealership. Since then, I have had to complete extensive repairs totaling approximately $10,000. After inspecting the vehicle, my mechanic indicated that the nature of these issues strongly suggests they were present prior to the sale and would have been difficult to overlook. Since the purchase, I have made multiple attempts to contact a manager to discuss these concerns. Each time, I was told the manager was unavailable -- either in a meeting, on a call, or assisting another customer -- and unfortunately, my calls were never returned. This lack of follow-up has been very frustrating, especially given the seriousness of the situation. At the time of purchase, I relied on the expectation that the vehicle had been properly inspected and that any known material issues would have been disclosed. Based on what has occurred, that expectation was not met.

Before purchasing from them, if there was a skip button for the part where you find the car to the part where you are driving it home, I would have clicked it. This is now my 2nd purchase at Olympia Mazda and I could not have been happier! Greg Warren is and will remain my go to, always! He embodies what you hope to get for a car salesman. I was indecisive, had a million questions, test drove what felt like every CX90 and CX70 on the lot and he was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable!! This trip I traded my CX5 in for the CX70 as I wanted something bigger and he, and everyone else who assisted with my sale were amazing! For the record, while I adore Greg's service, it doesn't stop with him. This dealership always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Whether it's my scheduled services or an actual purchase, they are the best!!!!

When I called Olympia VW, I spoke with Casey, and what he explained about the Golf R not being a car you can just order actually made sense -- especially after being ghosted by another dealer. I had also spoken with a dealer in Oregon that had a Graphite Grey Golf R inbound, but they wanted to run my credit for no reason and demanded a non-refundable deposit. So I called Casey back and told him I'd rather wait for him to either get me one or locate one. A little later, I happened to stop by the dealership to say hi, and Casey told me the exact car I wanted -- Graphite Grey with my preferred options -- was inbound. I immediately pulled out my credit card and told him to hold it for me. Their system supposedly wouldn't take the payment. I even offered to go get cash for a deposit, but Casey told me it wasn't necessary. His exact words were that his sales manager asked, "Did you see what he pulled up in?" I guess if you drive certain cars, they assume you're good for it. I laughed it off and kept moving. Casey told me the car would arrive around mid-to-late May, which was perfect timing. Fast forward to a week ago: I called to let him know I was contacting my bank so financing would be ready. Suddenly the conversation changed. He says, "My boss said $2,500 over MSRP, right?" No. Your boss originally said $7,500 over MSRP, and I made it crystal clear a month ago that I was NOT paying over MSRP. The agreement was MSRP -- period. Two weeks before the car is supposed to arrive, they completely switch up. Casey kept telling me he's the number one salesperson there and he'd "get it done," but the trust was already gone. I'm not going to sit around begging someone to take my money. So I found the exact same car at Bud Brown Volkswagen in Kansas. MSRP deal, lifetime warranty included, and they shipped it directly to my door for $1,300. Now I'm happily enjoying my 2026 Volkswagen Golf R in Graphite Grey. If you're in the market for a Golf R and don't want to deal with games, wasted time, or ridiculous markups, call Bud Brown instead.

After an Oil change by our local mechanic the code cleared and we that it was done. Not to long after it did it again while she was trying to get our Special Needs Grandchild to Marybridge Childrens clinic in Tacoma for an outpatient procedure. She limped it back to town. We gave her our Subaru to use. Mechanic cleared the code so we could hopefully get it to the dealer. Once we got there; we were told by a Service Writer that with code cleared they can't do anything and is charging a $150.00 to drive it around until the code popped back in. They can use the DTC to find codes that have been cleared. We told them the code P1326 was found and wrote it down for them. We are contacting the BBB and writing to Corporate. The exact thing happened with code P1326 with our daughters car a year ago. They fixed the issue...but it came back, so a new engine put in. Not saying the Sonata needs a new engine ; but there is a massive recall for this specific problem. There is no reason to drive the car, waste the gas when they can find the info with that DTC scan. We also noticed after the code was pulled the total miles on the car jumped by 5,000 miles. We know because of a recent oil change. Next one was due at 171,000 miles. Car is still at the dealer. We refused to try and drive it back 30 miles where it would just sit; it can't be trusted.

The detailing which happened as part of PDI managed to put swirls (fine lines) throughout the clear coat on a brand new vehicle, and either didn't notice, or didn't care. I texted a photo to the salesman, West, and got 0 response. After a day or two the car started making a piercing alarm noise shortly after being started, which at first I thought was coming from the vehicle itself. It turns out that Titus-Will installed some vehicle tracking device on my car, and it was the source of the blaring siren. West had no explanation for whether customers were just expected to live with this or whether every single customer must make a return trip to the dealership to get it removed. Hyundai does not own and is not financing this vehicle, so they installed a tracking device with remote disabling capability, and never disclosed it. The tracking device was added to a wiring harness in the fuse box, and installed with vampire taps, permanently damaging two wires on a brand new vehicle. The vehicle also seems to have a shimmy/wobble at highway speeds, so it will need to be taken in for an alignment and/or wheel balance. Just fabulous. I would never ever go back to Titus-Will for any reason.
