Now, I am extremely disappointed, but mostly heart-broken. In a short span of time, I bought multiple packages (with gratuity already included for a stress-free, all inclusive experience) so that I could take care of people that I love, but the big motivation for me was to support the owner, who I considered a blessing when I was just starting out on my healing journey. I booked a session each for multiple family members and friends, hoping to make meaningful connections between people I cared about (the owner being the focal point) and to build a network of regular clients for the owner, who would then suggest her business to others in their circles. Unfortunately, I will never patronize this business again nor will I continue to recommend the services and bring my friends & family here; I am now warning them to steer clear because of how unpleasant my experience has been. If you are looking for a massage therapist, this business is definitely worth a try! As a reviewer, I feel like the least I can do is provide an honest update of some things to keep in mind. 1.) New, Unlisted Policy: If you are a No Call/No Show, and you've purchased a package, you will lose TWO sessions as a penalty. If, like in my case, you miss the last session on a package, you will lose that session and you will be charged for another session. At least that was my experience when we committed our first and only offense. 2.) The Reasoning: I was told packages would possibly be removed all together because of the rising occurrences of NC/NS. This is because sessions booked with pre-paid packages are seen as working for free on those days. There are more points I'd like to share, but the two above feel like the most important. To possible future clients or current ones, I hope your experience will be nothing like mine or my friend's, I hope that you only have all the good things others have described and what I had written about originally.

I nearly cried in my car after leaving because I felt so free, so light weight, so much joy from the stress and tension being lifted away. The establishment was so clean and smelled so amazing that once you take a step in the office you inhale such great energy that you instantly feel at peace. Alysha was so sweet and did a superb job at making observations on what my body needed best, she listens and truly feels what your muscles are communicating that I didn't have to speak about it she just knew because she has this unique style that not many massage therapist carry. She has extensive knowledge on natural products and oils she impressed me deeply. When I took a step off the table my body felt like it wanted to vibrate, I felt everything melted away like I was on a higher level. I had massages before and woke up sore the next day. Today, I feel amazing and slept like a baby!!! I went in to support a black owned business but now she's an essential in my monthly self care! She has a kindred spirit and it shows in her work! EDIT: I finally got an explanation as to what happened. This explanation only came in the form of…read morean email mailing list update. A mailing list I could not have seen before booking. There was no indication on the website or even Facebook that there were actually no available bookings. I don't know who drafted the email since it appears as though Sarah is incapable of correspondence at this time, but I would STRONGLY advise them to at least update the business' Facebook since new clients who are not on the mailing list would have no way of knowing she was in the hospital. I am not unsympathetic as to her medical problems, but there really ought to be contingencies in place for this sort of thing. My advice to prospective new clients is to attempt to contact Pacific Tranquility Massage BEFORE booking to accertain if Sarah is even available. I do wish Sarah a speedy recovery. For clarity my original review is below. I waited outside for 15 min past my appointment time and no one showed up and the door was locked. I tried calling and didn't get an answer.
