Now, I am extremely disappointed, but mostly heart-broken. In a short span of time, I bought multiple packages (with gratuity already included for a stress-free, all inclusive experience) so that I could take care of people that I love, but the big motivation for me was to support the owner, who I considered a blessing when I was just starting out on my healing journey. I booked a session each for multiple family members and friends, hoping to make meaningful connections between people I cared about (the owner being the focal point) and to build a network of regular clients for the owner, who would then suggest her business to others in their circles. Unfortunately, I will never patronize this business again nor will I continue to recommend the services and bring my friends & family here; I am now warning them to steer clear because of how unpleasant my experience has been. If you are looking for a massage therapist, this business is definitely worth a try! As a reviewer, I feel like the least I can do is provide an honest update of some things to keep in mind. 1.) New, Unlisted Policy: If you are a No Call/No Show, and you've purchased a package, you will lose TWO sessions as a penalty. If, like in my case, you miss the last session on a package, you will lose that session and you will be charged for another session. At least that was my experience when we committed our first and only offense. 2.) The Reasoning: I was told packages would possibly be removed all together because of the rising occurrences of NC/NS. This is because sessions booked with pre-paid packages are seen as working for free on those days. There are more points I'd like to share, but the two above feel like the most important. To possible future clients or current ones, I hope your experience will be nothing like mine or my friend's, I hope that you only have all the good things others have described and what I had written about originally.

I nearly cried in my car after leaving because I felt so free, so light weight, so much joy from the stress and tension being lifted away. The establishment was so clean and smelled so amazing that once you take a step in the office you inhale such great energy that you instantly feel at peace. Alysha was so sweet and did a superb job at making observations on what my body needed best, she listens and truly feels what your muscles are communicating that I didn't have to speak about it she just knew because she has this unique style that not many massage therapist carry. When I took a step off the table my body felt like it wanted to vibrate, I felt everything melted away like I was on a higher level. I had massages before and woke up sore the next day. I didn't recall the name, but I didn't have time to look it up (my original calendar reminder did show for Ali). The esthetician came in already prepped for and talking about sugaring. I mentioned that I booked for a wax. Didn't appear there was any effort going to be made to wax. She went on to explain why it's better and some of the advantages, but I had already done that research and thus booked wax. At this point I didn't have time to deal with this or reschedule as I had a trip the next day and still a lot to do. Sugar took way longer, cost more, and for me personally was not as pleasant an overall experience from waxing as they have to go over smaller patches. To each his own. The appointment time they set aside here for the one service is 1 hour. This location did not have quite the aesthetic I was hoping for. They are currently doing some construction on the other side so I'm not sure what it was like prior, but not the overall experience I was looking for. I've booked my follow up for Queen Bee in CA since I'll be out there (15-20 min service, cute place, $25 cheaper, and surprisingly pretty painless due to the wax they use). Parking: small spaces available in the garage below the building or street parking nearby.
