If you see something online they have and cannot get there immediately, just reach out to them and, if not already taken, they will hold one day for you to get there to see if it is what you want to purchase. I also have to say the prices are very reasonable. And, sometimes they do these 20% events - when they do, I try to go up even if I don't think I want or need anything. Low and behold, I read about Seavey's in Portsmouth (with parking!) which apparently is in a new location. It is a light-filled factory building space but not overwhelming. It is set up so you want to walk around and try things out. Much of the furniture brings you back to the 50's. Some pieces are works of art! But many were beautiful but affordable. And made in this country! And it is locally owned! Which is what I wanted. Michael the owner is friendly and informed. And no pressure. He spent a lot of time with us trying to choose pieces for our limited space. We have swatches at home now to make decisions and look forward to returning to work with him. Maybe the categories on Yelp need to be switched up with furniture stores at the top so you don't miss going here first.

Most items are marked down around 50% due to the items being discontinued, slightly below quality (too thin or too thick) standards, or overstock situations.
