I told him what discount was trying to charge me and he said ridiculous come here instead and He quoted me a way cheaper deal same tire and got me in right away . I've been to big o tire three times since then and have bought 3 tires now. They actually care and help people . They do not try to rip you off or take advantage . After only 1500 miles the…read moreleft front bearing lock nut came loose causing the wheel to be held on by the breaks while driving 70 mph down the freeway pulling tandem trailers. After getting it repaired at a dealership, they confirmed the work performed by Point S was poor quality and we were lucky to have gotten off the road before the wheel fell off. We went back to Point S for compensation for the repair and a refund for the original work. After talking with the shop manager and the owner, they paid for the dealership repair however they felt our lives were not worth the $690 amount of the original work performed by them.

I'm not sure what happened to this store but the front staff has been replaced with individuals who obviously are not concerned with the benefit of the customer. My initial contact was met with a person (I believe Dawson) who acted as though I was a burden for even entering the store. When I spoke with another associate (I believe Ricky) and mentioned the slow leak, he immediately went negative and said he couldn't fix the tire and that I would have to purchase new tires. Rather than argue, I decided to go to Les Schwab for the repair where they quickly and courteously repaired the tire at NO charge. It's unfortunate that a few employees with zero regard for customer service can be allowed to destroy a once good company.
