In the past, I've used them to put air in my tires after winter, because it sits in my garage during that time. They would come out and put air in my tires and from then on, i would get air in any time i needed at their shop. Today i called, and having bought a small compressor, it failed me today and I ended up with a flat tire. My first thought was call Les Schwab! Guy gets on the phone and informs me they would be happy to help me out, but it will cost me $59.00. Are you people out of your mind? Who pays $59.00 to put air in their tire when your not that far from my house? This isn't L.A! Needless to say, I will never call them again or go to their shop. I've been a loyal customer as well as my family and parents. Now they lost us all. How pathetic. $59.00!! I can only bet Les is rolling in his grave at the way his customer service has gone to crap.

I was expecting to…read morehave to replace the whole back portion of the exhaust, but Joslin's told me they thought they would be able to punch them out and replace them with bolts. I brought the truck in later that day for the work. Later on I received a call that all was finished. All in all I am very happy with the work that was performed. They could have sold me a complete exhaust, but instead fixed what was there at a substantial savings to me.
