However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I was then informed that management would only approve replacing the original missing cheese pizza. I expressed my disappointment because I had already gone out of my way to drive to the restaurant after being told all three pizzas would be remade. What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and follow-through from management regarding what was communicated to me.
