The staff is always friendly to me. I don't treat people like servants or expect the worst. I am polite and respectful of hard-working human beings and I generally get kindness reflected for that outlook. All in all I love this place for the money it saves me. Can get very crowded and they only have 2 or max 3 gals running the store. Be prepared to wait for a fitting room (they are locked) and wait to check out. Not my choice - but for middle-school grade clothing it's fine. I can not believe that "grown-ass" women wear this stuff. Oh - and there are no public rest rooms so be prepared to sneak into Panera or Pei Wei nearby.
