When a cashier finally became available, she continued her conversation with a coworker and then walked away without assisting me. I had no choice but to leave without making my purchase. This level of inattentiveness is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management addresses the lack of basic customer service standards here.

The cashier who said she could do it, could not give me the balance, so I paid what was on the last statement...to find out that Kohl's was tacking $43 a month on my account (on which I thought there was no balance). In 6 months, the interest and fees equaled over 50% more than the initial purchase - which would be over 100% in a year. I am left thinking that Kohl's is a loan shark business, disguised as a department store.

Not only did the saleswoman take it personally when I said I didnt like one of the dresses, but she yelled at me in front of the store when I took a picture of my mom trying on a dress. My Matron of Honor and I were so offended by her behavior that we left the store and waited for my Mom in the car. We did manage to find a dress we liked though, and bought it from Claire's in Wilmington, DE that same day (where we were treated much more respectful).

So i browsed and found some much not needed items lol and at the register the system went down, no fault of Mrs Linda or anyone. She asked the Devil store manager (June) to assist-wrong answer. This woman was the most rudest manager I've come across in a long time, she doesn't need to work amongst human people at all. This is the only store i enjoy going to because of Chris and Mrs Linda now I'll have to rethink for if i see that June, I'm not entering the store.
