After they gave us a quote, they also explained the process, talked about the necessary permits with our HOA, reviewed next steps, and even spent time texting with me about the updated requirements for the stairs on the deck. The result was beautiful, and we ended up with a product that looked nicer after the storm than what was there beforehand.
