We chose the house closer to our friends and everything was fine until my wife and kids moved in on July 7th. The place itself was very clean but once she turned on the water it came out disgusting and with a terrible smell. We contacted the owner Myla and she was ignoring us first, than she said he was looking for a contractor. So far its been 2 days without water. We tried to contact her again and again, but she kept either ignoring our calls and txt or saying she was working on it. I finally was able to reach her 2 days later to ask for the status but she started to yell at me that she has a full time job and so on. she was absolutely unprofessional, rude and 3 days later still no water. I asked for refund and she said no way. the property called Casa Milo and the owner's name is Myla. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER HOUSE. There are much more better places there.

Their communication on the problems, fees they are socking ME with, and general apathetic attitude is horrible.
