Paid over $100 for a delux pedi which promises a little bit of pampering with a medical pedicure. I suppose I am paying for a podiatrist trimming my toenails but I just found the pampering bit lacking. Weak ass scrub on my feet, 5 mins of toenail trimming and 10 mins of removing dry skin then the podiatrist put a collagen mask on my feet and left me sitting for half an hour. My feet did feel smooth but only for a day. I have got rough heels again :( Thank goodness my health fund rebated some of it. Without the added benefit of a nail polish it just felt like I have nothing to show for. read more
Eww, dry skin, rough heels and sore feet after too many days in heels and/or running shoes... While a pedicure is most people's solution, if you want the REAL DEAL visit a podiatrist where they get out medical scalpels and other neat stuff to buff your feet in to oblivion. Those babies are going to be so soft afterwards, trust me. This place will even paint your toenails for a full medical pedicure that ensure you look good and don't risk picking up some gross foot fungus that can be common in nail salons who don't clean their tools properly. read more

I went in on 26th October morning for medical pedicure. The podiatrist cut my foot with a scalpel which resulted in deep wound. *I've posted a photo if you need a visual. She then put a dressing on it and asked me to go to pharmacy and get betadine. They still asked me to pay full price of $99. When I got home the blood has soak thru the dressing. When I called them, instead of offering for me to come right away, they only had time to see me later that afternoon. I decided to go to my local GP. I didn't want to wait since I had to fly overseas that same night (podiatrist was aware of this). My GP decided to froze the wound with liquid nitrogen since it was bleeding quite badly. I then went over to Podiatry HQ to ask for refund. Receptionist said she's new and they couldn't issue a refund in person, I had to write an email??! I left for Japan that night for my honeymoon. The wound has altered my trip immensely. It was bleeding and I couldn't walk properly for more than a week. I sent the numerous email throughout and didn't received any response up until 20th November. My recommendation to you, do not go to this clinic! This is by far the worst customer service & management I've ever experienced! read more
