I have been a patient at Dr. Cadoo's office for a little over two years. My first appointment with…read moreDr. Kadoo was excellent, and I had the opportunity to see her once more after that. Both visits were positive. She was thorough, attentive, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions. Her bedside manner is exceptional, and I always felt heard and respected during our interactions I also want to recognize the medical assistants and nurses who greet patients and take vitals. They have always been kind, welcoming, and professional, and they consistently help create a positive experience when arriving for an appointment. When I first became a patient, I saw a nurse practitioner who was equally thorough and took the time to address my concerns. Unfortunately, she is no longer with the practice. Since then, there seems to have been a revolving door of nurse practitioners, and the consistency in care has noticeably declined. Several appointments have felt rushed, and some of the concerns I initially raised were never revisited or followed up on. As a patient, it's difficult to build trust and continuity of care when the provider changes so frequently. My most recent appointment with Nurse Practitioner Patel was especially disappointing. The interaction felt very uncomfortable because communication was extremely limited. She appeared knowledgeable, but I had to continually ask questions to get even basic information. Instead of feeling guided through my treatment plan, I felt like I was pulling information out of her throughout the visit. When the appointment ended, I was still unsure about several important details: how exactly to use my prescription, how long I should use it, what to expect from the medication, what to do if it didn't work, whether there were any potential side effects I should watch for, and what the plan would be moving forward if my condition didn't improve. I left the appointment feeling confused rather than reassured. These are questions that I believe should be addressed proactively during a patient visit, not only if the patient knows to ask. I continue to have confidence in Dr. Cadoo and truly appreciate the care I have received directly from her. My concerns are not with Dr. Cadoo herself, but with the inconsistency in care resulting from the frequent turnover of nurse practitioners and the lack of thorough communication during some of those visits. I hope the practice can improve continuity of care and ensure that every provider takes the time to educate patients, answer questions thoroughly, and make patients feel informed and supported.

I was recommended to Cadoo Medical PC and was hopeful from the start. When I first called to…read moreschedule an appointment, I was placed on a waiting list. I waited close to eight months before finally receiving a call and I was genuinely excited. I completed the long phone intake without hesitation because I truly believed this would be the beginning of consistent, personalized care. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time and was seen by a Nurse Practitioner who was very thorough. I completed blood work, urine testing, an EKG the full workup. I was told I would receive a follow-up call with my results. At no point during that visit did I see Dr. Cadoo. I assumed perhaps she would come in later, but that never happened. When it came time for my follow-up, I was informed that the Nurse Practitioner I originally saw was no longer there, and I would now be speaking with another Nurse Practitioner. Again, I was understanding. However, once more, I did not see or speak with Dr. Cadoo. I was referred out, but without ever having had a direct interaction with the physician whose practice I had waited months to access. I want to be clear I am not unfamiliar with healthcare. I have over 25 years in the medical field, so I fully understand how practices operate, the role of Nurse Practitioners, and the demands of running a successful brand. I respect that Dr. Cadoo has built something impactful, and I even admire the balance of family and career that many providers strive for. However, at some point, patients need to meet their doctor--especially after such a long wait. If new patients are continuously brought in but never actually seen by the physician, it raises concerns. The frequent staff turnover also felt unsettling, particularly when it comes to continuity of care. This is not about convenience or a casual visit--this is my health. I'm not looking for a place to "check in" every now and then. I'm looking for a provider relationship built on trust, presence, and consistency. I truly wish the practice continued success, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations as a patient.

Was absolutely disrespected and verbally assaulted when suggesting a prescription to the doctor…read moretheir. He lost his temper and accused me of lying about my medical condition. Will not be going back!!! I am changing PCP ASAP!

I was a patient with this practice since the beginning, actually the current physicians took it…read moreover and I decided to stay. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse. It is not uncommon to make an appointment, show up on time, and wait for several hours to be seen. The diagnosis and treatment received has become mediocre at best. All test results require an additional visit, even when the results do not require additional actions or treatment. I am assuming this is so they can charge your insurance for the visit and collect your co-pay. If at all possible seek treatment somewhere else. The receptionists and office personnel are not very considerate or kind either. I will say the office atmosphere is very professional. The problem is, it is so professional I think they forgot they are dealing with people. In my opinion I believe they are more concerned about their practice and the possibility of lawsuits then their patients. In the past I would have defended this practice. My entire family had decided to leave a long time ago and advised me to seek medical treatment somewhere else. I choose to stay until recently, I had no choice but to seek treatment elsewhere and to my surprise the experience was wonderful. The physician took the time to speak with me and get to know me. They did an entire panel of blood tests and called me with the results (no additional appointment) and even called in a prescription for some medication needed to a pharmacy of my choice (again, no visit needed). When reading the results they took their time and made sure I understood the results. If you disagree with my comments above it is probably because professional treatment is not something that has been experienced. This Review is based on my experience with this establishment and is my opinion
