The two movers arrived exactly at the scheduled time listed in my agreement. They were friendly, professional, highly skilled, and incredibly efficient. I unexpectedly needed a few additional items boxed on moving day, and they handled everything without hesitation. Every item was packed and transported with great care. Nothing was broken, damaged, or missing. The move into my new space was just as smooth as the move out of my old one. They carefully followed all of the building's rules for elevator use, placed furniture exactly where I requested, and neatly stacked boxes in the appropriate rooms. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, regularly checked to make sure I didn't have any questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

I used this moving company in March 2017 and I still have an open dispute with them. First, a box…read moreof kitchen supplies was separated from my shipment during the move so that took weeks to resolve and delivered. In the process of moving, a solid wood headboard was damaged (appears to have been dragged on the ground) and they refuse to compensate even though the Bill of Lading specifies they will take responsibility. Fast forward, 15 months, Premier Moving still refuses to pay a negotiated, reduced amount that is owed to me for the damage (despite having provided them with various screenshot quotes from local furniture repair). Phone calls and texts have gone unanswered for 3 weeks now. Here is the kicker, my Bill of Lading said they were insured with CSI. When I reached out to the insurance company within the 9-month window for disputes stipulated in my contract, the phone representative said they had never heard of Premier Moving & Labor and would be looking into the matter. Premier moving also actively discouraged me from reaching out to their insurance company during the process. Moral of the story: you get what you paid for and I hope my bad experience is cautionary warning for anyone contemplating a move. I have been patient and professional throughout this process and I wish I could say the same for Premier Moving.

Our help fell through on 7am Sunday morning and we knew we needed extra hands especially for the heavy stuff. Alex, hears us out, of course already booked with repeat clients and if you saw him/them move you would completely understand why. But he tells us if we can wait for him to finish his 2 moves, him and a friend will come help us out around 2 something. Ok. So we do what we can until they arrive. 2:30pm comes and to his word, Alex and Hugo show up. So Nice- and think about it- up early, 2 moves, end of July almost 100 degrees, with crazy humidity- and they were NICE! AND Showed up ready to get going! They wasted no time! Immediately they assessed the state of things with us, asked all the right questions and got right to work. I mean this when I say it, you get your money's worth & more! They can definitely charge more but I'm grateful they charged fair. They are quick, clean, skilled & professional as they worked together in such a fluid impressive way. They were PATIENT as I made requests and gave directions. They were kind, understanding, funny and compassionate. Easy to get ahold of and responsive. When I needed to know someone had our back, he answered texts in real time giving us the peace mind that we needed. Being in Guest Experience myself, when you see these traits, you admire them all the more.
