They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. The list was extensive, easily a half-day's worth of work, but they were done in a little over four hours. The final walk-throughs of the various areas left me amazed at the thorough job and attention to detail. My role was to be available for questions, but otherwise I tried to stay out of the way and let them do their work. The questions asked were considerate and completely dependent on my judgement. There were some small adjustments as the work wound to the end, but the team was very adaptable and quickly worked through the adjustments, making sure that I was happy with the final outcome.
