Incredibly kind service. I ordered three to-go catering items for my backyard wedding in Santa Barbara. It was delivered to the house timely. Baby lettuce salad had very generous portions. Tasty and fresh. Summer rolls were a hit. I ordered these as an appetizer for my party but these were polished off fast. I wish I had ordered more! Olive oil mini cakes was what I served in lieu of a traditional wedding cake. Olive oil cake is my favorite and it's difficult to find. Every single person loved it. And these people are not easy to please. Multiple folks asked who made this food. Will use Poe and Co when I'm back in town. An absolute show stopper. read more

We explained that we were eloping and wanted picnic style food for two as well as packaged takeaway style food for the vendors. We have had Jayson and Jamie cooking for us for over a year. They are wonderful people who can cook just about anything. With their Poe and Co venture, I think they are going to make a lot of people very happy and stay home to eat dinner. Some of my favorite dishes are teriyaki salmon and black cod. They are really good at Sushi as well. I'm not a fish guy so this is a big deal that I'm listing them as some of my favorite meals! They are also really good at making healthy children's meals. Our kids are really picky so it is a real challenge to get them to eat anything other than Mac and Cheese but Jayson and Jamie have really expanded their little palates as well. My review is way past due but we were staying in Santa Barbara and had Jason come during Covid in August for our twins 16th birthday dinner and it was AMAZING! Everything from booking to the meal was a wonderful experience! They were super helpful in creating menu, very easy to contact and customize just what our daughters wanted! The food not only was amazing but Jason also took time to show us tips and tricks in the kitchen and explained so much of what he was doing which our girls loved!!! We found Poe & Co while searching for a private chef during our long weekend stay in Santa Barbara. We wanted a chef experience but were not comfortable having someone in the house because of Covid. Poe & Co was such a pleasure to work with and exceeded all of our expectations. They worked with us to create a personalized menu for our weekend and coordinated daily food drop offs. We probably weren't the easiest to work with as we changed the menu multiple times. Jamie at Poe & Co was so gracious to accommodate all of our changes and requests as well make suggestions of things she thought would work well together. Even though we were only able to use them for delivery they didn't skimp on little details to make the food presentation feel special. Highly recommend ordering their cocktail mixes too! Poe and Co. catering was a pleasure to work with and helped to make our intimate wedding very special. They were recommended to us by Santa Barbara Picnic Co. and I'm so happy that they did! Jamie was very easy to communicate with, I received a reply less than 24 hours after my inquiry and helped to plan a delicious wedding menu for 10 people in less than a month. Jamie provided suggestions on that amount of food, what to serve to meet dietary requirements, and what would fit within our budget. She truly made wedding planning so easy! She even was able to change locations last minute due to COVID restrictions. The food itself was fantastic! I wish we had more of it! Our guest all commented on how wonderful the food was. My personal favorite was the Salmon with corn succotash, arugula and stonefruit salad, roasted heirloom carrots, and the berries and cream cake. The cake, I'm counting down the days till our 1 year anniversary when I can take the rest of it out of the freezer!
