The first order, they did double check with me on an item or two on my list, to make sure they were getting what I wanted - so I liked that they were conscientious about getting my order correct, but now we've got a routine down and it runs well - delivery is within the hour of their estimated delivery time so I can give my parents a "heads up" as to when to expect it.
