Eventually I hit one and my tire instantly deflated. I jumped out of the car and started taking a look when Chris pull up and asked if I needed any help. He just happened to be driving by and saw someone that could use some help. He jumped out of his truck and changed my tire in the rain and couldn't have been more pleasant to talk to. Chris is a great dude and is a great reminder that there are awesome people out in the world who just want to help other people.

Most tow companies, I don't think, would even bother with something so minor but Chris was there within ten minutes and had it jump started quickly. He also didn't charge me much at all. The second time, my truck spun out on a back road and got stuck in a snow bank. I couldn't really give much information on where I was because I wasn't sure but Chris arrived again within 20 minutes and had my truck pulled out in five minutes (and again, for very cheap). I also loved his "manager", a senior German Shepherd who rides shotgun. I would definitely use them again.

I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment.
