My tags went out in June and no one could give me answers Fast forward to today, when I walked into the dealership with the brand new owners, who are now named "Nissan of Madisonville" telling them my situation etc, within 5 minutes they had me new temp tags AND solved every issue and answered every question, The new owners were FANTASTIC! They trespassed onto my landlords property to tow my car off a verbal command of a police officer…read more No paperwork was in place and acknowledged they didn't comply with state law and contact me by certified Mail on why and how to retrieve my vehicle back. I wasn't charged with any crime and they still refuse to return my car. I shouldn't legally be liable for the first 2 weeks of towing since the cops had it under investigation, and then I shouldn't be liable for any fees after the first 10 days due to the towing company not notifying me by certified mail why they towed it and how to get it back. I shouldn't have to pay even 1¢ to get it returned and I was not guilty of said crime they took it for. So why do they refuse to give my car back unless I pay thousands in fees when they illegally towed it to begin with. It wasn't on a roadway it had been parked a month due to needing a part. And it was on posted private property. They stole my car and held it for ransom... How can they do this it's been all.ost 2 years and they won't give my car back when I am innocent!!!!! Im a single mom of two boys and this caused me to lose my job right before Christmas and the holidays. It took me almost 7 months to get a car n a new job.

Realizing they're gonna cheat me I took their work order to Rick. $407 to fix the truck and he did it right. Not going anywhere else now. Yesterday I was going to work and it wouldn't start, got towed in, 24 hours and he charged just the tow, realized the alternator is bad and didn't charge me for anything else. I ordered an alternator and I can fix that. Always like honesty and integrity and good country folks who you can trust.

I wasn't hesitant as my friend knew whom to trust in town to business better than anyone. I called Sharkey's up and explained what I wanted to do. I wanted to by a transmission from a national retail seller. They did not see that as a problem and revealed that they had lots of experience dealing with the particular retailer. They asked me to bring the car down to the shop and I did. I told them that I need my car for a cross country trip and they said they would look it over and recommend any repairs that need to be taken care of before such a trip. I was informed of brake issues and a few other minor issues.They went to work on my car right away and returned it to me about 6 days later right after the transmission arrived from delivery. All of the mechanical issues were repaired at a magnificent price. New transmission installed and Sharkey's assured me that their work was under warranty and that I could contact any time if there was ever an issue. There were none. I visited two other auto shops in town and I would never return to those "other guys" to have my car repaired. By the way later on that summer I drove my car to California and arrived safely and with my car fully intact. Sharkey's has made me a fan.
