Not only did he figure it out. Within the first meeting Troy from triple z is easy to see hes a stand up guy and one who has my 100 percent trust. Trust and honesty is a rare thing these days. Got a quote for an oil leak, had an appointment to drop off Friday morning at 8:00 AM. Appointment and parts ordered by manager Tim, I dropped it off early the night before. I called Friday late afternoon to check on status of vehicle as this was quoted 4.2 hours. They informed me they had not even started on it yet, I was called at 11:00 AM Saturday morning and said vehicle was done. Go to pick up, absolutely covered in oil under car ! They said the oil filter housing was cracked, I asked for the old one they replaced, no cracks ! Imagine that, they then said it was the seals. I asked why the seals couldn't be replaced for $260 cheaper ? They then informed me that they didn't have time to replace a wheel speed sensor that was quoted and ordered by manger Tim. This place is an absolute joke ! Stay far away

I will never give these guys a dime again. I called the dealership several times and left messages for the service manager to return my call. I never heard a word. Disgusting.

We were on the last quarter of a 2000-mile journey on a Sunday afternoon and needed a new tire. I…read morehad a flat about 100 miles for Hometown Auto Repair and had a donut on my car with 350 more miles to home. Googled a tire service close and it gave us this place. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. Thank you so much and we couldn't have asked for better treatment and customer service.
