They did a great job securing us a ride to and from the airport, even when we called last minute.

I requested a quote round trip from Hadley Point to Ells. Pharmacy. Was told $36 round trip. Upon return, I offered the $36.00. Driver said it was $90.00. Gave him a hun and the finger. Lied to me. Beware of this outfit. read more

Horrible driver. He has no respect for anyone visiting from out of town. Very racist, discriminatory and short tempered. Yelled at my family including toddler that he doesn't want us visiting his town again. Took photos of us and refused to delete them. Felt unsafe the entire time. Avoid at all costs. He also repeatedly shouted that he was fed up with the tourists. He doesn't want business from us clearly. read more

We recently visited Bar Harbor, ME with our cruise ship. We decided we wanted to explore on our own instead of booking an excursion. We came across this lovely service & they were able to accommodate 6 of us and Denise was an amazing tour guide! She drove us to Cadillac Mt. making stops on the way so we could take pics, while other tour buses went buzzing by. What a beautiful place! Dropped us off at the low tide in order to walk across the sand bar. She gave a recommendation to eat at West street Cafe where we ate the best lobster & homemade blueberry pie!! I have mixed feelings writing this review. I used them twice in one day. The man that answered and scheduled the rides mumbled/seemed unenthusiastic which was not a good first impression of the company. First time I needed them, as soon as I called they arrived within 5 minutes which was great! The second time I arranged a pickup later in the day. After ten minutes past the scheduled pickup time I called the company, no answer. They called back 5 min later and said the driver should be there any minute. 10 minutes later he arrived with no apology. So in total the driver was 25 min late from my scheduled time. It seems odd I got quicker service when it wasn't arranged. The driver was friendly but I did not care for when he asked if I wanted to tip him at the end of the ride. Tips are given because a customer chooses to NOT because they feel put on the spot. I also felt uncomfortable with their system of writing my credit card information down on piece of paper since there was not have a way to charge it in the car. This was a privacy/ security concern to have my credit card info written down. read more

Highly recommend! We were looking for a cab to get to the top of Cadillac Mountain and found Ricky from Point 2 Point. Not only did he inform us that sunrise from the summit is 30 min earlier (making sure we saw the full sunrise) but he was also on time and very reasonably priced. Ricky took us all around the island during our stay. He was a fabulous tour guide and great company. His van is comfortable, seating 6, and clean! We highly recommend. read more

Made a reservation three days ahead of time for a pick up at the Bar Harbor Airport, but when I called a few minutes before the pick-up time the guy said he completely forgot about it and he didn't have his schedule in front of him. Had I not called, no one would have picked us up and taxis are not readily available at the Bar Harbor Airport. He ended up being 20 minutes late. Car wasn't particularly clean either. Try Moe'z Taxi instead. read more

We had a great experience with Point 2 Point on a recent stop in Bar Harbor during a cruise. We were in Bar Harbor for most of the day and wanted to take a trip to an authentic lobster pound outside of the tourist area of the main town for lunch. I spoke to Rick in advance and set up a time and place to meet. His driver Will (a wonderful driver, friendly and helpful) was there on time and took us to the lobster pound. A road was closed on the way to the pound and it added time to the trip there. We were concerned that we wouldn't be able to get back in time if Will went back to Bar Harbor and came back to pick us up after lunch. Rick had Will wait for us and take us back well in time to make the last tender boat to the cruise ship. It was a wonderful experience (lobster was best I ever had) and I am grateful to Point 2 Point for helping us make the side trip possible and stress free. I highly recommend this service! read more
