OMG, this Credit Union is the BEST ever. I have only been with them for at least 2 or 3 years straight. I have applied for 3 Personal Loans with Ms. Olga Ramos. She had made the process too easy and worry free, quick and Ms. Olga responds immediately to any question via telephone or email. Oh, I almost forgot they also approved me for my 1st VISA Credit Card. Each personal loan was to help me restore and rebuild my credit after my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy so I can purchase my first home in 2025. I must say, each loan was granted for a higher amount (ex. $500, next was for $1000 and my resent loan was for $2000). Ms. Olga and the entire team of PBCU are the BEST. Not to mention, I was also recently approved in January 2024 to refinance my brand-new vehicle that was purchased in October 2023 for a much lower interest rate and monthly payment. I've been with Point Breeze since they opened here in Hunt Valley. My experiences have all been great and they've always met or exceeded my expectations. On my recent loan request, I was blown away with the service I received. Due to being a bit old school I called in to make an appointment, but I was told I can apply over the phone, but I didn't want to give my info to an automated system. So, I was patched to a young lady (Amber White). Amber is the sweetest person to work with. I could feel her energy over the phone. With her assistance this was the easiest loan I've ever applied for. Through emails and phone calls she had a check ready for me in about 3 days. Seamless and great communication. I was looking for an auto loan (as the dealerships are ridiculously high right now) and when I made a loan inquiry at Point Breeze was contacted by Olga Ramos. Olga is very polite and on top of things. She returned calls and emails when she said she would, when i asked her a question she had an answer for me and even helped to negotiate the questions I had about some of the fees/payments for my loan. Just had a great experience with Fergie Bueso at the Rosedale location of PBCU. Needed assistance with financial transaction for purchasing a home for my sister. Ms Bueso was very professional and answered my questions promptly.... My only negative about PBCU is the wait time on calls....I've had several questions this week and spent over an hour waiting to talk to a person....feel this is very unprofessional of the credit union.
