I took my grandson here to get a haircut. Frank took care of him and did a tremendous job. I'm not that familiar with the terminology for haircuts but Frank understood everything that my grandson wanted done to his hair. After the haircut was finished Frank gave us his business card (which I liked since the other barbershops I've been to never offered us their business card) that way we didn't have to wait the next time we came in. I see that he takes his appointments through a booking app which I think is very convenient. Also while I was waiting he offered me a beverage which I thought was very nice of him. I was skeptical at first because they were new when I first met them. They turned out being as solid as Emilio. I go to either one of them because they are both busy. I came here yesterday for an appointment with Chris! He was expecting me and I was seated in his chair right away. I expressed to him my concerns and what I wanted. He delivered and I almost teared up because of my past experience with bad hair services. He chopped off all of my unwanted damaged hair and gave me this cut that I didn't expect to get. This was our first time here, we were referred by a friend. My boyfriend needed a haircut for a wedding that we are attending in LA today, super last minute. Laurence was super accommodating when we walked in, we planned on waiting regardless but they made us super comfortable. They offered us a drink and of course my boyfriend requested a Modelo. When it was my boyfriends turn, Laurence made sure he understood what he wanted. He was very informative and suggested different styles that my boyfriend can get. With confidence my boyfriend decided to change his whole look and got a crew cut. I was surprised and shocked because my boyfriend had the same look since we first met. The haircut looked great, in the beginning I was really regretting the decision my boyfriend made, but once Laurence styled it and cleaned everything up the haircut definitely was a winner. The $23 overall price was affordable especially with time he took on it, he had another person waiting for him I'm assuming it was his appointment but he told us it was ok because he wanted to make sure my boyfriend liked it, super detailed and clean.
