This is my new go to spot! Been coming here for quite some time now. First off, amazing customer service! I'm always greeted at the door and by name at this point. They're a very busy salon so I recommend making an appointment, it'll save you a lot of time. I highly recommend doing gel! I'm not usually one to write reviews, but after my experience last week, I felt compelled to share. I visited this location for the first time based on the positive Yelp reviews, and came in as a walk-in for a gel manicure. I was seated quickly and the nail tech got started right away. She was nice and respectful, though noticeably slower than what I'm used to at my usual salon. That alone wasn't a dealbreaker for me -- I don't mind a longer appointment if the end result is worth it. Unfortunately, a few things fell short: - Product quality: The base gel and top coat were unbranded, and the bottles looked crusty with visible buildup around the openings. - Manicure quality:The cuticle and sidewall care seemed minimal to nonexistent -- the end result made it pretty clear this step was skipped or rushed. - Shape: I asked for almond-shaped nails but ended up with more of a squoval (square with rounded edges). - It's only been a week, and my nails already look like they're two weeks old. I usually go here with no issues, but today I went to get my acrylic nails removed, I went because I wanted to make sure to remove them properly so I don't rip my real nails off. Tony, assisted me today and he basically ripped off my acrylics off! I asked if he could file them down, he said that the way he doing it was okay and won't rip may actual nail. He used a fake nail to go in between my nail and the acrylic and then he dipped my nails in acetone for a little and used the fake nail to rip off the acrylic! All my nail beds were ripped, making my nails thin, defeating the purpose of me going into to the shop. Super upset and disappointed. Paid $20 to have my nails ripped off. read more

This was my first time coming here, but not my last! Min was my technician. He is super friendly and made sure I was happy with my set every step of the way. He was able to remove my gel-x set and apply acrylic. He used an airbrush for the French tips which meant a perfect tip on every finger! I've also never had a technician ask me my name, and that helped my experience feel even more personal. I have no complaints! Came to this hole in the wall nail shop that I've passed by multiple times & seen but never gave a chance due to the outside appearance. I was searching for places that serviced children. I wanted to take my son for his 1st time since I didn't have cuticle softener to cut his off. I was also in dire need of a pedi. I called this place & they confirmed they offered children services. A mani/pedi for children is $30. I went in as a walk in. Parking is a bit small/crowded as it is shared with other businesses, but I was able to find one in front. They have their own private parking. The nail shop itself is a bit on the smaller side but felt homely. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by all the wonderful ladies who work there. All smiles, super welcoming, made me feel like family. I advised I was the one who called in. They immediately put my son in a chair, who keep in mind is 4yrs old. The older lady who did his mani/pedi lifted him into the chair & carried him off. My son & I were in the middle of our pedis when he needed to use the restroom. They were so accommodating & went above & beyond what their job duties were. They helped my son put on his shoes & asked if he knew how to use the restroom alone. I said yes, the older woman helped him with using the restroom (which is in my complete view). She shut the door but left it a crack open & had her back turned towards the door until he was finished. Then continued to assist him back into his chair. I truly love any business that treats my son with as much respect as they do me, especially being he is a toddler. They were so patient with him. Natalie did my pedicure for me. She is the besttttttt! I had the most interactions with her. We had a friendly conversation throughout my pedicure. She is so kind & sweet. Made sure that any of my needs were met. She was also ensuring my son (who was beside me in his chair) was taken care of. She reassured me plenty of times to let her know if she was being too rough. Her massage was strong & packed the pressure. Which is what I needed. I also noticed & appreciated that she kept looking at my facial queues for any signs of discomfort. Super personable. Not to mention she gave me the short & square look I wanted on my toes. The lines to her French tip were also crisp. Bo did my nails, which was also great. Quick, professional, friendly! I am super indecisive. So, I appreciated how assertive Bo was. Suggested what would look best for my nails. I was also looking for a nude that matched well with my skin. I chose a color, but Bo suggested another color that would look better. I trusted Bo's judgement & went based off that. Glad I did! My nails look so perfect & natural. For someone who is super indecisive, I love the assertiveness. In total, I paid a hefty $183 for my nails, pedicure (top of the line option which I forgot the name of it), removal of gel on pedi, acrylic fill on my big toes, gel polish, & my son's mani/pedi. We also tipped all 3 employees who worked on us. The bill + tip came out to over $200. The price I paid was overlooked by me for THE BEST type of service I could ask for. They definitely have a returning customer! Also wanted to mention they were NOT one bit pushy, which is one of my biggest pet peeves. Lol. Being pushy turns me away from a business. Money isn't an issue, if I want something I will get it. They asked me once what I came in for & didn't try pushing other services on me. They did inform me of what services the salon offered for future reference, ONCE. They did not bring it up after that & in no way did they ever feel overbearing. Some of the services offered from our conversations were nail/pedicure services, waxing, eyelash extensions, haircuts for men/woman/children. We didn't really get into it more as it was mentioned to us when we were already paying & leaving. Like they say, don't judge a book by its cover! Which is what I did with the outside appearance. I got a manicure and pedicure and my big toe nail was broken, Bo did some magic and you genuinely can't even tell that it was broken. The place is a pretty good vibe and the workers are very friendly and make the environment very comfortable.
