In fact, he even offered to have the mechanic drive me back to my home. A couple hours later, he called with the results and estimate. Not only did he confirm what I needed, but he even went as far as to explaining what caused the damage (grounded wiring). As I said before, I already did my homework. I knew how much labor should cost, and I knew how much the part should cost. THEIR FINAL BILL was about $150 less than professional estimates. They also at no charge took care of the wiring problem, recharged the battery, and had the car finished within a couple of hours.
