Never been to this place. I have been to the smaller casinos and this one is pretty nice. It looks like it was recently updated. It is located in an out of way area but it was a nice ride. We never been to this area just south of Oneida lake. The variety of games and even table games were good. Food choices were good for a smaller casino. Didn't realize they had a hotel connected to it until we got there. Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star there were a lot of young players there some looked a little sketchy and was a bit nervous on how they were acting. Had an issue where someone smashed glass all under my car, staff said it was intentional but would not investigate, basically said theres nothing they can do. Even on New Year's Eve, food service ended before 11PM, leaving overnight guests and late-night gamblers (like myself) with only a nearby gas station as the sole alternative. The absence of any after-hours food is a significant drawback, especially considering the casino's goal of attracting guests who play into the early morning. I had hoped that the opening of the new hotel would bring upgraded amenities, but the rooms are quite basic: no microwaves (so forget reheating leftovers), minimal in-room comforts, and no suite upgrades available. There is also no pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, or spa features that would have elevated the property and enticed locals to stay for an experience, not just a bed. Given the casino's size, the lack of an events center or dedicated space for concerts or BINGO also feels like a missed opportunity. These additions would diversify entertainment options and drive more consistent foot traffic. Another area that could use improvement is the casino's rewards program. The current free play offers, such as $20 for Onyx-level players, are notably lower than what comparable casinos provide at similar tiers. Wow we had an amazing dinner at the Forrest Grille at Point Place. You would never know you were in a casino atmosphere. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive to each one of us. What a nice addition to the casino. read more

I was visiting from out of town. I play roulette. Only one of two tables was open. It was occupied by one player who was standing and moving aggressively around the entire table. We left to get some coffee. Won $117 at a slot machine I played for nostalgia. We sat at the coffee bar and were ignored by the employees. I finally had to ask how to get a cup of coffee. We were then told to get up walk four feet to the end of the bar and then we could order coffee. The latte was nasty where it tasted like regular coffee with old milk as foam. Didnt kill the mood as i paid with house money. We went back to the roulette table and the aggressive standing gambler was still throwing away money. My friend left me to find a seat. I tried to stand next to the agressive gambler. He nearly hit me and would have if i wasnt watching him closely. I stood over by the empty roulette table hoping someone on staff would notice. Over time three staff were chatting within a few feet of me. I made eye contact. I was ignored. I finally gave up as others were standing at the table. The agressive gambler left and came back with more money. I watched the three staff stand by while a degenerate gambler threw away thousands. The whole experience was disgusting. I like to gamble in a good mood as I usually win a little when I"m having fun. Thanks for the c note. Took the ride to Bridgeport NY to go see the new expansion of slot machines. Played on many fun machines that we do not have at our local casino. Lots of bonuses made for an enjoyable day. Had a lunch at Burgers at Madison County. Chili with loaded fries and blt were good. Wish there was a daily special on the weekend though, and wish the hotel was open so I didn't have to drive home. read more

My husband and I decided to go to dinner at the Forest Grill & then give the hotel a try as part of our Valentine Day celebration. Service was very good and attentive and friendly at the Forest Grill . Food was very good I got the Sausage & Shrimp Riggies huge portion & just the right amount of spice . My husband had the 8oz sirloin with mashed potatoes & carrots he really enjoyed it . The bread they bring is a ciabatta with garlic butter, never heard of charging for extra bread ??? 3.50 Sooo.... Hotel not impressed at all . Check-in was good man at the desk was friendly He even adjusted our bill since I forgot to use Aarp discount when I had booked it. Housekeeping, lacking. There were contact lenses , dried contact lenses strewn across the headboard four of them. Somebody must have took them out of their eyes and stuck them there . Gross. There was a deflated balloon in the corner of our room and another under the bed. Upon check out my husband told them that housekeeping should do a better job the woman apologized and said ok I'll tell them hopefully she will. We took part in Rock n Roll Music Trivia at the Lounge inside of the casino, on Wednesday night. The game was fun, the seating was nice, but the food... The food. The food took SO long to come out because it was pretty busy. Multiple items came to our table that we didn't order. Our order was somehow messed up- was super excited in what Mexican street corn flavored wings would taste like, but did not get to. The pizza was really good though, with a nice crust cushioned by semolina flour or cornmeal....Prices were pretty hefty for the food, but our waitress (who seemed to be running the show in there) was awesome!!! Frustrating thing was I had never been to the casino, but my friends go for the trivia often. They asked me to call and make a reservation. I was transferred to 3 different people when I called the casino, and was finally told that the seating is "first come first serve". When we arrived, there was at least one table that said "reserved" on it. I was very upset about that, the lady on the phone was kind of condescending when she said there's no reservations allowed. Had the thursday barbacue chicken. Dry, over cooked and bad. Corn was over cooked and tastes like paste. Mashed potatoes were powdered. Soda was ok. On the other hand their friday fish dinner was acceptible. read more

Came upon this place while coming back from Turning Stone up the road. And overall- it is another smaller casino that if you didn't know it was there and were an oblivious driver, you'd miss it. Somehow I saw it and doubled back to give it a try. This is more of an outlets of food places with a casino in the middle - BBQ, burgers, sandwiches, desserts and table game with slots. Very clean and even the chips are new so I don't know if they recently had a facelift or this is a new spot altogether. Dealers are all English speaking and very courteous mannered- not having a problem with those who aren't usually gamblers or who have been struggling. I would say in terms of staff - top notch. I didn't get a chance to have any of the food- though this place seems designed more as a hangout spot first with the lounges and good places than strictly come bring your money to throw away only. read more

I was out to this place and the gaming is excellent...I was shocked to see their food prices. I have always enjoyed their food selection and the value you received from their portions. Not so anymore...seems most menu items have increased $2-4...$18 dollars is the norm for their burgers that I swear are smaller than the ones they had a month ago...also they got rid of their wicked pizza (the pizza wasn't great, but not bad) however they still offer a different style Pizza that is much smaller and way more expensive than what they previously offered. I almost always eat at this casino, probably won't be doing that anytime soon with those prices, quality and portion size don't add up to those prices. read more

We had a great time here. Burger restaurant had a delicious burger, cooked to a perfect medium as I like it, with a giant side of fries. My wife had the fish sandwich which was large and delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the service was super friendly. We checked out the casino and the slots for a bit, they're basically the same as anywhere, not much to say there,, but overall the casino was clean and nice. My brother claimed this place had the "best burger" he'd ever had. I was skeptical at first but, when you order a medium burger and it comes back well done, not okay. My father's burger was extremely overcooked as well. This place claims it has the best burger in Madison County because the marketing department has never left Madison county. If your chefs can't keep things consistent, like cooking burgers to the correct temperature, you're fooling your customers. It wasn't bad but, put your money where your mouth is.
