We never been to this area just south of Oneida lake. The variety of games and even table games were good. Food choices were good for a smaller casino. I grabbed napkins (those single sheet small brown ones) from the self-serve but there were no pkgs of flatware. Hopefully yesterday was a one-off as I DID express dissatisfaction to a manager (whom I suspect had something to do with the cutbacks.) Other than that manager who has a lot to learn, the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. Last time my daughter was having a typical toddler meltdown because we had to leave (they close at 1pm) and one of the employees suggested she take a book from the shelf with her to help the transition of leaving. I had a French themed surprise party with about 24 people. JohnnieLynn gave me a couple options…read morethat we could paint to go with our theme. She arrived early with her two helpers to make sure she had time to set up before the guests arrived. She was very patient and knowledgable while trying to teach all of us how to paint our masterpieces. She and her staff were attentive to our needs and made it a fun experience for all. I found that any age from toddlers on up can participate and have fun painting. She even managed to console a 5 year old that was a little upset that her painting wasn't quite coming out like hers and gave her a clean canvas to paint a cat on which is one of her favorite animals and it was all good. We had a great day! Thanks to The Painting Cafe for making this such a fun time
