We met with the Realtor and she acted as if she never read my emails. like she didnt know what we were looking for what our price range was and only wanted to show us places that were convenient for her. On top of that we weren't sure of the laws in NY, with the broker's fee. we finally found a place and met the landlord. then the landlord was upset with them because he said he only wanted a 3 year lease, but we were informed that it was a 1 year lease. They wouldn't even do a credit check for us. we had to do it ourselves. It was just a bad experience on top of moving.

At signing of the contract they promised if we weren't happy they would terminate contract immediately.... which was a BIG FAT LIE!!!!! If you want your house on the market FOREVER then go ahead and use them but if not go with a real estate agency that is going to fulfill their promises of selling. He had us listed too high at first, which scared away most people then when we came down he never followed through with making sure these people had per-approved mortgage, he just allowed anyone to come into my house. With that said he didn't even comfirm appts with us and my husband was home sick one day and he walks in. Not only was this woman NOT a potential client but it was a house she was looking for, for her daughter. Think he should have done his homework first??????
