Her approach is truly wholistic as it combines western and eastern approaches including dietary modifications, supplements, regular blood tests, and acupuncture. I have been a patient of Beth's since 2007. During that span of time she has helped me navigate two significant health issues and many more minor issues. She taught me how to use acupuncture, diet, and supplements in conjunction with Western medicine to manage my lupus flares. Slowly she taught me how to move away from Western medicine (which was my goal and my primary care doctors goal to get me off of all the medications) and NOW I completely manage my lupus symptoms through diet and minimal supplements. This was a goal of mine--and Beth helped me achieve it--this is not say that Beth doesn't work with traditional medicine too--she does. BETH HEALED ME. This review is way overdue. It seems silly to even be able to put into words through one little review to explain what Beth has done for me, and how she has changed my life. I struggled for 6 years with fatigue, anxiety, acne, hormonal imbalance, jaw pain and more; also I am currently only 26. I have gone to MDs, NDs, acupuncturists and other practitioners and no one could find the root cause to all my symptoms. I refused to give up on my journey towards health, and then I finally found Beth in the Summer of 2019. At the first appointment she attentively listened to my story of the past 6 years, which had started with the removal, and consequent infection, of my wisdom teeth. She suggested that I may still have infection trapped in my jaw, and this could be the cause of my symptoms. She referred me to a local biological dentist to get it checked out. Sure enough, there was infection trapped in both sockets of my bottom jaw! Within 2 months I had two oral surgeries to get the infection removed. This whole time Beth was right by my side, guiding me through the hardest detox and healing process I had ever been through. I truly could not have gotten through it without her, she is the prefect blend of being extremely knowledgeable, while also being empathetic, sweet and available. She truly cared about getting me better! Over the past few months she has put me on a healing protocol to get rid of any remaining infection and heal my body from the damage the infection had done. I am not exaggerating when I say I am a brand new person! I am finally feeling like myself again, and a thriving 26 year old! No more anxiety, barely any fatigue, my periods are completely regulated with no cramps, my acne has completely cleared up, and the jaw pain I experienced for 6 years that people told me was TMJ is GONE.
