I arrived approximately at 12:32pm, as I arrived i was questioned if I had an appointment I then advised her yes at the time scheduled above Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy then stated that she was unaware of my appointment and asked if i made it before i arrived i said it was still open on her website and I wanted to get into her chair without the hassle of having to walk in to sit and wait, but since i had an appointment she refused to honor my appointment due to me making an appointment online which the client before did not have and told me i would have to wait after clients whom appointment times were after mine. When I asked if my appointment will be honored she talked down to me in front of her customers and mocked that i placed an appointment online even though the website had it available. Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy was totally unprofessional and made me feel very low for going by her rules that she set in place. I've spent a lot of money with Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy when she opened i was one of her first customers so to be treated this way due to me making a fair appointment isn't fair and i want others to be aware of this treatment as well.

I have a lot of hair, so I usually talk to the threader for a couple minutes about the shape I'm going for. Otherwise, it could go in many different directions. She understood immediately what I wanted. She actually taught me a little more about what shapes would look best on my face. She also waxed my lip and I barely felt anything. The next time I visit this city, I'm definitely going to call ahead and try to book a few more services. It's not easy for people in smallish cities like this to find good eyebrow artists. If you live here, you're lucky to have this place and you should give Julie a try.

I sat down with a tech who told me she could do the checkered design (pictured) and was comfortable. She helped me pick the two colors and got started. During the filing process she made my cuticles bleed on three fingers. She did apologize, but the appointment only got more uncomfortable from there. When she pulled out the plastic tips to put on my nails for the set, she made a comment that my nails are too small and that she would have to trim down the tips. She then took small scissors and cut both sides of the plastic tip off and glued them onto my nails. There was no curve to them, they were very rectangular. She attempted the design twice before insisting it did not look good and told me that I needed to choose a new color. I told her I liked the design, she told me she felt it was not pronounced enough and insisted we use black. I told her that I didn't like black, it was just too dark for me but after her persistence I agreed to try it. She created the look with the black in place and then outlined in white. I thought it looked nice and was not upset at all about it afterward. When washing my hands at home after the visit I realized that all of the nails were very jumpy and had bubbles in them. My pinkie on my left hand was completely warped and basically flat because of the way she trimmed the tip. I had no time to go back and after that experience I truly didn't want to. I ended up going to another salon, which looked at my nails and before I could even tell them what happened, they told me that the nails I had needed total reforming and fixing before I could get a fill. When I told them what was done, they were in total shock. This could have been a fluke, maybe she was new or overwhelmed but I will not be returning.

The nails speak for themselves. 11/10!

This was their #2 pedicure. She did one clear, 2 color and then 2 clear!

I had a wonderful experience at Poise Brows, Amanda worked her magic with microbladding my odd shaped eyebrows. It's been a HUGE game changer!! I spent years being unhappy with the shape of my eyebrows. I tried the best shaping wax specialist, threading, and learning how to fill them in with brow powder. I still could never get the natural look I wanted because my brows simply wouldn't grow. Now my brows look amazing every morning I wake up. Had the pleasure of having my eyebrows done by Amanda! Let me just start by saying what a beautiful space she has! It was so warm and inviting. She was absolutely so sweet and kind, as well as took time to answer all of questions and concerns. To say that she is thorough would be an understatement!
