    Hibachi Chicken

**Caution coming here** DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only saving grace that got this place 2 stars is the fact they used quality ingredients in the poke and it's kinda a cute spot. To start the visit off we were greeted by a person that just stared at us. We fumbled around trying to find the menu and figure out how to order. They offered 0 assistance. Once I ordered which was chicken katsu, Washington poke, chicken habatchi, fries. And a Brown sugar boba for 40.00. First the boba NEVER CAME. The poke came first and the portion size was very small for the 17.99 price tag. After I had finished the poke bowl the fries finally came. Very lightly seasoned and floppy barely fried. My 1 yr old didn't mind though. Then the chicken katsu came out and was EXTREMELY OVERCOOKED. Finally the chicken habatchi came out. BEWARE it is not habatchi the fried rice is sushi rice with a sauce on it and the chicken is lightly seasoned grilled chicken. The yummy sauce is good. During the entire visit we received the wrong dish 3 times and they were taken to the customer AFTER I TOUCHED THEM and were not replaced or informed the customer. The cashier also took off their shoes several times and sat on their phone for at least half the time. Never greet people except for hey or yo. This place has a lot of potential but if it doesn't change it will be another flop sadly. I had hopes for this joint.

I'm so glad that I discovered this place because OMG…read more.. My bowl was literally filled to the top, and I mean FILLED! All the ingredients were fresh, my order was fulfilled quickly, and the price point is comparable with other poke bowl places in the area. I'm a foodie and I can eat - but when I tell you that your bowl is filled, I really mean it because I had some leftover The shop is located in the strip mall with Aldi, and it's a little nook where everything is neatly placed to create your custom bowl. An open parking lot shared with the strip mall, so no issues with finding parking. Staff is super friendly as well!

I highly recommend getting the 2 proteins (large size). More protein plus the bowl is considerably larger for just $3. To ease the ordering process, there are paper menus that you can mark so they can build your custom bowl more efficiently. The fish is fresh and they have a wide variety of toppings. I love their spicy mayo and always choose the house sauce. They were so kind to even give me a complimentary milk tea once or twice, which I was so surprised to receive!!! Their bubble tea is delicious - I've gotten their passion fruit green tea with bubbles and now their matcha milk tea. My family all loved their bowls as well. Hopefully they stay open for a long time - best poke in MoCo!

All things delicious. Will absolutely be back. I ordered a…read morewagyu skewer, empress roll, and one other thing I'm blanking on right now. Got to try several friends' ramen broths. They mentioned the kaarage was some of the best they'd had stateside; the salmon tartare was also lovely. It's decorated nicely and servers were accommodating for my friend with dietary restrictions. Hope to visit again soon!

This is a chain restaurant throughout the DMV, but I'd say that this location has the best…read moredecorations and ambiance than most of the others. The service is a hit or a miss depending on who you get, sometimes great and sometimes a bit slow. But not horrible. The food. So this is known for their ramen. I think that their ramen is solid, not amazing but good. Decent broth flavor and good chew in the noodles, I personally prefer a hotter broth, but it comes out slighter warmer than room temp (not my fav, but still good). The Chashu is usually good most of the time, tender and not too chewy, there was a few times that it was meh, but most of the time it's good! The ramen, 3.5/5 The Izakaya part. The yakitori is lacking. The chicken thigh should be the most tender and flavorful but it was so dry (how can you mess up dark meat?) and lacked depth in flavor. Chicken 1.5/5 The US Wagyu is mediocre. You can tell that it's US cause it's tough. Sometimes it's tender and great and other times it's a bit tough. Steak 3/5 The sushi. Mhm, the sushi is so expensive a bit overpriced doe what you get, and I'm not sure if it's worth it. Their special rolls are ~ $20 range, but the size of the roll is about the same as their "standard rolls" seems not worth that premium price. Usually at most sushi places their special rolls are larger in size and makes it worth paying more for. Even their standard nirgri prices are double than most places. I have gotten a variety of rolls over the years and it's honestly just okay. Good sushi, but small and super overpriced. 3/5
