They are perfection! It is a Korean bakery but reminds me of the little cakes I used to get in Fussa, Japan. My whole family love's the cakes here and yes they can be on the expensive but worth every single cent!!! We have been getting our cakes here for years now. My daughter asked for a shark theme and the baker was very accommodating and creative. Thank you Juno!!!!!

The food was amazing. I got a birthday cake that was adorable! The Thai boba I got wasn't that good. It's my favorite drink and didn't taste right. But I'm going to try another flavor next time. I love this place! Staff were very nice and patient with everyone and it was a relaxed atmosphere

About a 1-1.5: Juno Bakery & Cafe is located inside HMart; it'll be the first vendor you'll see before entering the food court area. Their menu offers various beverages (coffee, tea, cappuccino, mocha, macchiato, lattes, hot chocolate, bubble tea, and even seasonal items), cakes, and various Korean breads & pastries. We came here after having lunch, and had the following: +a Mozzarella Cheese Stick - this was a Korean donut twist, covered in sugar, and filled with melty mozzarella; not really what I expected, but maybe a fan of those who are looking for something sweeter +a hot dog pastry - a Korean bread filled with a beef hot dog +a raisin +an apple tart +and, a Strawberry Lemonade bubble tea drink - probably one of the worst tea drinks I've had - this was super diluted and watered down, and there was hardly any strawberry or a lemonade taste to it; the 'kiwi' and the 'strawberry' jellies were a little on the hard side and didn't add anything to the drink One gripe I had was that the strawberry lemonade drink was priced at $7.08 - that's kind of ludicrous! Not to mention that it was ill-prepared, the cost that they have these drinks at is kind of wrong... Unlike other Korean pastry shops, there weren't any disposable gloves or sheets to lay on the trays; I had to get the individual pastry sheets to line the tray. I also noticed that the case that held the 'warmer' pastries (such as the croquettes) were super smeared and required some wipe down - it was kind of gross. This seemed to be a popular spot with the patrons, and there was a line and another longer line for those who were waiting for their beverage(s). I'm glad I was able to give this place a try, but wouldn't return. +overpriced tea drinks! +no disposable sheets to line the trays +surface areas need to be wiped down

Cafe Juno is located inside Hmart. They seem to have a pretty wide selection for a small area. We bought a small rectangular sized mocha cake which was moist and not too sweet. I don't know why they were giving away freebies but when we checked out, the employee included for free a bun with some cream and I think jelly inside. I was afraid that combination would taste odd but it actually tasted pretty good. I'm hoping to try some of their individual cake slices in the future.

What an awesome bakery located within Hmart in Frederick!!! I practically bought two of each items and loved every pieces of them!! By far my favorite was the vegetable stuffing bread and fluffy bread with blueberry cheese fillings. They had an amazing chewy texture that was indescribable and loved how subtly sweet they were. I'm looking forward to buying more when I am in the area!

I tried the hot dog bun and it was a good snack while shopping around Hmart! There was a wide variety of bakery items that included the bun I ate, red bean bun, cakes, croquettes, and many more! They also serve bubble tea and other drinks. It seemed pretty popular as most people in line were also ordering a drink. There is also a surrounding food court if you want to get something to eat. Overall, yum :) and it's a good spot to get something quick to eat and drink while grocery shopping!

It's a cute little cafe inside of hmart! I would say it's convenient but I find that it's actually a negative because there's a extremely noticeable seafood smell the moment you walk in the doors and unfortunately that smell lingers onto the cafe and I just can't for the life of me eat my goods inside. Maybe it's just a personal issue. Besides that Everything is nicely organized and the snacks are very unique. You won't find stuff like this anywhere else in Frederick. I enjoyed my goodies but I do wish for the price the hot foods would come hot. I came around 11 and the hot food was sitting in those heaters but I felt they barely kept it warm. My cinnamon twist was tasty but cold which I wish wasn't the case

These refreshing slushees are my new thing. While i was at H mart i was craving a boba tea but stumbled upon these babies and with almost every flavor there is i couldn't NOT not try it. The flavored beads cost extra but so worth it at the end. It was after the gym so it refreshed me instantly. They have cakes, tiny decorated pastries, and fresh bread daily. The aroma itself brings you in that side of the store.

Highly recommend their tiramisu cake. I'm not a huge cake person but this cake is light, fluffy and not overly sweet.

I was in Frederick, MD for some legendary local pizza and, as any reasonable person would, I wanted…read moredessert before making the 1 1/2-hour drive home. A server at the restaurant recommended Juno Bakery and confidently declared it the place for dessert in Frederick. Spoiler alert: She was right! I arrived at Juno on a beautiful June Saturday afternoon and the place was PACKED. It was actually hard to get back to the bakery cases because there were so many people happily loading up on sweet treats. While waiting for traffic to clear, I took a look around. The front of the bakery features several tables right beside huge plate-glass windows overlooking downtown Frederick. I immediately loved the idea of sitting in the sunshine, watching the world go by while shoving cake into my face. My kind of afternoon. I also appreciated Juno's hours. For a small bakery, they're impressive! 8am - 8pm Monday through Saturday and 9am - 6pm on Sundays. That kind of schedule makes spontaneous dessert side quests much easier. Eventually I made my way to the display cases and was blown away. Croissants, cookies, pastries, macarons, eclairs, savory items, cakes...so many beautiful things to choose from! Since I'd never been to a Korean bakery before, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. But I knew I was feeling cake. I posted up in front of the single-slice cake case, evaluated my options, and came to a perfectly rational conclusion. One slice? No. Two slices? Also no. Three slices? Now we're talking. Look, I didn't know what I'd like. I wasn't about to stand in line all over again if my first choice wasn't "the one." Surely I'd love at least one of them, right? I ordered a slice of the Carrot Cake ($6.60), a slice of the Blueberry Yogurt Cake ($5.99) and one of the mini Blueberry Cheesecakes ($7.55). My total with tax came to $21.35 and it was worth every penny! I asked to eat there and was handed paper plates and directed to the utensil station near the trash cans. I also overheard another customer being told that the restroom code was printed on paper receipts. Since I'd opted for an electronic receipt (no thanks to paper receipts!), I had to ask for the code separately. Not a huge deal, just a bit odd given that they offer electronic receipts. There are signs on the restroom doors explaining the process, but it's one of those little quirks worth mentioning. Armed with my three desserts and zero shame, I claimed a sunny table by the window and settled in. First up, the Carrot Cake. Dense. Super moist. Not overloaded with frosting, which I actually appreciated, much to my surprise, and absolutely delicious. It let the cake itself do the talking. Next came the Blueberry Yogurt Cake. This one was lighter and fluffier, with rich frosting and filling layered between. Best of all, it actually tasted like blueberries instead of just generic sweetness. The blueberry flavor screamed, "HEY! I'M A BLUEBERRY!" and I appreciated that. Then came the Berry Cheesecake. Oh. My. Goodness. This thing was rich, dense, and absolutely fabulous. It felt like eating an entire miniature cheesecake in slice form, which, honestly, is one of life's great joys! By the end of this little dessert extravaganza, I had consumed every single crumb of all three slices. Every. Single. Crumb. I had worried I might not love one of them. Turns out I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I still can't pick a favorite! Would I go back to Juno Bakery? Absolutely. Would I order three desserts again and demolish them like an absolute champion while sitting in the sun watching downtown Frederick live its life outside the window? Without hesitation. And now that I've discovered Juno Bakery, any trip close enough to Frederick just might require a mandatory dessert detour!

I love Juno bakery! I always went to the one in H-mart and loved it. I am absolutely obsessed with…read morethe decorative Macarons, the melon bread, and they even have boba tea. I get one of each every time I visit. The interior is also decorated very cutely. Cute mirrors, lots of pink. My kind of vibe, haha. Great place to stop in and grab some delicious baked goods and be on your way! I'll be back, I'm sure.
