I took home a bag of spiced coconut chips from their in-house product line that I am looking forward to try. The service was great. Both Dave and Raphael were super friendly and enthusiastic about what they do. I love the fact that most of the furniture is up-cycled and created by Raphael. Arriving with a pretty presentation, the pancakes themselves are like nothing I've ever had. They're uniform and golden brown, fluffy but chewy and dense at the same time. They come with the syrup already poured, but somehow the pancakes did not become soggy. The poached apple still had a bit of a crunch to it. Great, friendly service. After your meal, go to the front cashier to pay your bill. With 13k followers on Instagram, Hale & Hearty does not disappoint!
